international lot
810K...

这个星期三会有 precints 7 and 8D bumi lot.
有兴趣吗？
但是要等大概六个月的手续时间。
如果手续失败， deposit will refund all.

是的。 换成international lot, you can sell any race you want.
But foreign need buy over 1 million house..please remember ya...
For Bumi lot got one one Pre 7 - selling 660K.

可以安排时间看屋子，在下定金后，所有钱是hold by lawyer.
如果consent 做不到， 会退回 deposit.
