Hi, i've a condo at kepong wangsa permai, renting RM1000 include maintenance fees and the house is newly paint, move in condition, 4 airconds-just service, 2 water heaters, waredrobe in 2 rooms, kitchen cabinet also included.
do you interest to rent? facing nice view, nothing blocking the view, and with 1 covered parking. The condo is low density, only 2 blocks in total, not like apartment with pack houses. This condo also good in security, it is with CCTV in all corridor, lift and with very good security and management.
If you plan to own your own house, you are welcome as we are also thinking to Selling of with price at RM290K.
earlier on wanted to buy and get my mum to stay there, but she is not familiar the area so she dont want to move, so we got to either rent or sell.
