双层排屋的装修费用清单，请大大帮忙看（装修佬quote)

大家好，小弟因为对装修一窍不通，最近因为买了一间二手的双层排屋，排屋只是旧，不会很烂，找了一位装修师傅来quote价钱，结果quote了小弟RM247,129.00，还不包拉电，小弟不知道要如何讲价，对所有装修工程又不熟悉，希望各位大大能够指点小弟，小弟感激不尽。

双层排屋
60 x 20
整间屋子都没有瓷砖的，楼上现在目前是地板，楼上的天花板也很旧了，屋顶也旧了。
屋子楼上没有做过露台和打出去，前面也没有打出去。

但是看他的算法又好像有纹有路，所以不知道要怎样知道对方贵。

油漆整间ICI，10，000快，好像够力下。
