登高股东应拒献购
2017年3月14日
（吉隆坡13日讯）独立顾问认为，登高控股（TANCO，2429，主板产业股）大股东强制收购全数未持有股权以及可转换可赎回票据（RCN）的献议，属于不公平但合理，因此建议小股东拒绝献议。
2月11日，登高控股大股东建议以每股8.12仙，强制收购该公司全数未持有股权；并以1.624令吉，收购全部可转换可赎回票据。
低估73%
登高控股今日向马交所报备，独立顾问BDO资本顾问有限公司表示，上述两个献购价属于不公平。
“8.12仙的献购价，低于我们估算的每股合理价值30.54仙，低了73.4%或22.42仙。”
BDO资本顾问也认为，大股东对RCN开出的1.624令吉献购价，也比每股合理价值6.108令吉，低73.4%。
另外，根据独立顾问评估，登高控股在过去1年至今年1月的流通率相当稀少，导致股东兑现投资收入的机会有限。
该公司迄今也没有接获任何竞争献购，因此认为该献购建议合理。
综合上述几点，该顾问认为，上述“不公平”的因素大于“合理”，因为两者献购价，都低于该独立顾问提出的普通股和票据的合理价位，因此建议小股东拒绝献议。【ee南洋】

该公司昨日向马交所报备，根据计划，每持有2股的股东，可获赠1张凭单。 截至今月20日时，公司股本为6亿6164万9844股，缴足资本为4794万6051.85令吉。
凭单行使价已定在每张2仙，相等于5日成交量加权平均价10仙的80%折价。
送凭单后，公司不会立即筹得任何款项。但假设股东在未来行使所有凭单后，公司潜在最多可筹获821万6000令吉，将用以产业发展项目的营运资本。

登高获1280万奖掖建水上乐园
（吉隆坡21日讯）登高控股（TANCO,2429,主板产业组）获政府提供1280万令吉奖掖，以建造水上主题乐园及酒店。

The issued and paid up share capital of Acrez33 is RM2,000.00 comprising 2,000 ordinary shares. The intended principal activity of Acrez33 is to carry on the business of an estate agent.
The incorporation of Acrez33 by the Company is not expected to have any material effect on the issued and paid-up capital of Tanco or Tanco’s substantial shareholders' shareholdings or any material effect on the earnings, net assets or gearing of Tanco for the financial year ending 30 June 2018.
