SOLUTN这家公司的业务共分为四个：

1. 工程器材（Engineering Equipment）：设计与制造工程器材和软件，主要是用于教育用途。所涉及的工程领域有化学、机械、电子与civilengineering (不好意思不会翻译这个）。目前97%的生意都是来自国内，但公司也积极扩展业务至海外，主要锁定海外的一些工程教育机构。
2. 工业自动化处理系统方案（Industrial Automation）：目前只是专业在水务处理系统，提供水坝远程监控方案。目前在国内有5个project是运用在“生命之河”项目，也负责清理10.7公里长的巴生河。
3. 润滑剂（Lubricant）：生产及销售润滑剂。
4. 生物科技（Biotechnology）：提供工业生物技术解决方案，比如开发药厂制造所需要的制造过程与制造方式。不过据年报表示该项业务目前只处于起步阶段。

营业额分布：

管理层简介与经营策略：

首席执行长也就是单一最大股东Lim Yong Hew出道时在Gkent任职并于1988年创立了SOLUTN。所以可以解释为这是第一代的企业，同时Mr Lim也只有57岁，还很年轻，能在未来领导公司前进。公司目前正在积极扩展业务，计划在“TechnologyPark Malaysia”建造新的办公室和工厂，并且提供国内及海外顾客的培训设施。与此同时，公司也继续寻找新的并购机会来增加公司的产品种类以提升公司在这项领域的竞争力。

5年财务资料（取自2016年报）：

投资亮点：

1. 小领域中的市场龙头 （market leader of niche industry）：公司专注在制造教育用途的工程器材，积极研发产品类型并进军海外市场。
2. 高赚幅（High profit margin）：与薄利多销的理念不同，2016年公司有32million的营业额只来自于231个销售单位。可想而知公司在这个领域是有其技术优势的，所以赚幅才能那么高。 （顺便一提棕油炼油厂龙头CBIP的赚幅也高达25%）
3. 净现金公司（Net Cash）：公司手头上的现金存量有8m外加10m的信托基金（不明白什么是信托基金的读者可以游览我们的部落格），而总负债只有7m左右。公司现金流在营运方面绝对没问题，而多余的现金可以用来并购或派息。

最近在寻找基本面良好的小市值公司时注意到了SOLUTN这家公司。这家公司的基本面数据算是不错的，但当笔者要看有关资料时发现KLSE SCREENER中的资料并不多，而且大部分来自一位blogger而已。除此以外也发现了这是冷眼前辈所看重的三十家公司之一，遥想三年前和冷眼前辈一起持有SUCCESS和ECS股票的赚幅都有高达40%以上的感觉真不错。

拟斥资200万
方案工程多元化至保健业

（吉隆坡22日讯）方案工程（SOLUTN，0093，创业板）计划多元化旗下业务至食品和生物药品，借此跨入保健领域。

董事经理兼执行董事林宝财今日在股东大会后向记者表示，有意设立新子公司，并投入200万令吉推动新业务。

“目前正在申请执照，鉴于步骤繁杂，需长时间筹备；若获得批准，计划明年投入营运。”

“对于新设立的子公司，我们计划持有90%股权，若有更进一步的进展，将会向交易所报备。”

目前，方案工程最主要的核心业务，是为工程教育、研究，提供设备及软件的设计与开发；也涉足工业领域自动化方案及生产和经销工业用润滑剂。

另外，林宝财指出，目前手持合约1500万令吉，而竞标中的合约总值达1亿令吉。

“我们的合约目标是3000万令吉，预计使公司忙碌6个月。”

根据2016年年报，设备及软件的设计与开发业务，贡献了91%营业额，其余贡献来自工业领域自动化方案及工业用润滑剂。

林宝财透露，公司正与厦门大学大马分校商讨，供应工程教学和研究器材，目前正等待有关单位公开招标。

卖旧厂建新办公室

目前，方案工程正致力加强旗下其他业务，尤其是工业领域自动化方案及工业用润滑剂，计划在今年内把营业额贡献比重提高至20%。

另外，国内与海外占营业额的比重，目前分别是90：10。

“随着公司积极拓展海外业务，放眼3至5年，我们国内外营业额比重各占一半。”

他说，公司今年会继续开拓海外市场，寻找合作伙伴或代理商推销产品。

早前，方案工程以770万令吉脱售旧厂，并于5月完成，以及会在次季进账。

“这笔资金将纳入今年的资本开销，共1100万令吉，将用来建造位于吉隆坡武吉加里尔科技园的新办公室与生产设备，预计2018年首季竣工。”

Solution LCE Manufacturing Sdn Bhd which was incorporated on 18 January 2016 principally to carry out and undertake fabricating, assembling, engineering, processing and manufacturing works with an issued and paid up capital of 500,000 ordinary shares at an issue price of RM1.00 each fully paid up had on 7 July 2017 changed its name to Solution Process Systems Sdn Bhd (“SPSSB”) Both the directors, Mr Lim Yong Hew and Mr Lim Hai Guan are also directors of SPSSB. The percentage ratio for the transaction is 0.24%. The Board of Directors is of the opinion that the acquisition is in the best interest of SEHB. The additional investment in SPSSB is not expected to have any material effects on the net assets, earnings, share capital, dividend and gearing of SEHB for the financial year ending 31 December 2017. This announcement is dated 21 July 2017.

簡單分析一下 Solution Engineering

下面是它的財務基本面。

雖然2014-2016年 Revenue 出現起伏，但是 Net Income 和 EPS 還是成長的。

以偉大的 ROE 計算，Solution Engineering 表現都不錯。

我先不理會 Solution Engineering 從事什麼業務，純粹看數字的話。你會發現 Solution Engineering 基本上沒什麼固定資產。

Total Assets 46.13，Current Assets 就佔 42.77，固定資產才只有 3.36。

一般這樣的 Balance Sheet 機構，通常都是服務業。

而去看它的業務，有：

        １）設計與製造工程器材和軟件，用於教育用途，涉及化學，機械，電子，Civil Engineering（97%生意來自國內）；

        ２）工業自動化處理系統方案，如水務處理系統，提供水壩遠程監控方案；

        ３）工業潤滑劑的生產和銷售

        ４）提供生物科技技術解決方案。（草創中）

從事這些業務，但是固定資產才只有 3.36？

Long Term Debt 低的幾乎沒有。

對比 Current Assets　的 42.77，Current Liabilities 才 7.42？

而且每年資本開支金額非常少。

實在奇怪？

雖然看起來強大，但是 Cash Flow 其實並不漂亮。

就以我個人標準看，我不會選擇 Solution Engineering 作為投資選擇。

最後，在看 Solution Engineering 的技術走勢。

現在處在下跌通道中，所以宜賣不宜買。

次季平平无奇．方案工程仍有利可图

方案工程（SOLUTN，0093，创业板科技组）前景如何？刚出炉的季度报告显示业绩下跌，盈利上升是因为卖产业。它值得持有吗？

答：截至2017年6月30日为止，方案工程第二季净利为588万5000令吉（每股净利为1.92仙），前期净利为203万6000令吉（每股净利为0.86仙）。第二季营业额为506万2000令吉，前期为967万6000令吉。

首6个月的净利为738万2000令吉（每股净利为2.41仙），前期净利为388万3000令吉（每股净利为1.29仙）。营业额为1280万令吉，前期为1601万7000令吉。

该公司次季的营业额大幅度减少，主要是完成工程价值减少，至于盈利大增至588万5000令吉，主要是完成产业沽售取得581万令吉盈利所支持。若扣除沽售产业所得，公司次季表现平平无奇。

探探其财务情况，该公司的总资产有5098万9000令吉，其中包括合约客户欠款1174万9000令吉、贸易应收款项为465万9000令吉、存款/现金/银行余款为1449万9000令吉、其他短期投资为877万2000令吉。非流动资产下的产业/工厂/器材则有592万4000令吉，投资联号公司为121万令吉。

该公司总负债仅为458万7000令吉，贸易应付款项为180万4000令吉、其他应付款项及权责发生额则为108万7000令吉。

大问题 UBER要查大马业务
每股资产值为14.69仙。该公司无债务为个中优势，储备金则有1396万6000令吉。

谈到未来业务成长，董事部认为，2017年第二季取得合理的业绩表现，公司将继续积极地攫取更多工程合约，同时，监督行政开支及管理其生产成本，并预料公司将继续有利可图。

业务已趋多元化

该公司业务已趋多元化，除了原有核心业务——专业教育领域的教学设施设计及开发，也涉足汽车润滑油添加剂销售、水供及防洪工程领域的自动化系统供应、生物处理设施等。

该公司的业务发展，特别是攫取及执行新工程合约的能力，料将左右公司业绩与股价表现。

方案工程第三季净利挫73%

（吉隆坡24日讯）方案工程（SOLUTN，0093，创业板）在截至今年九月第三季，净利按年暴跌73.02%，至56万2000令吉或每股0.18仙。

公司向马交所报备，同季营业额亦下跌41.77%至591万7000令吉，可归咎于当季完成的项目价值较低。

累计首九个月，净赚794万4000令吉或每股2.60仙，年增33.15%。营业额则跌28.5%，收1871万7000令吉。

方案工程表示将继续积极地锁定更多工程，同时谨慎地管理行政开销和生产成本。【e南洋】

Description	SOLUTION ENGINEERING HOLDINGS BERHAD ("SEHB" OR "THE COMPANY")- DISPOSAL OF 100% EQUITY INTEREST IN SOLAR SOLUTION SDN BHD TO SOLUTION A&C TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD
The Board of Directors of SEHB wishes to announce that SEHB had on 21 February 2019 disposed its entire equity interest, comprising 100,000 ordinary shares in Solar Solution Sdn Bhd (Company No. 975595-P), a wholly owned subsidiary of SEHB to Solution A&C Technology Sdn Bhd (Company No.1004511-A), a 70% owned subsidiary of SEHB for a total cash consideration of RM70,000.00 (“the Disposal”). Please refer to the attachment for full details of the Disposal. This announcement is dated 21 February 2019.
