（吉隆坡18日訊）成功集團（BJCORP，3395，主要板貿易）創辦人丹斯里陳志遠，在新生（STEMLFE，0137，創業板貿服）股權減至10.94%。

新生向馬證交所報備，陳志遠在11日脫售新生304萬1000股，進而將股權降低至2707萬1500股，等于10.94%股權。

（吉隆坡26日訊）聯昌證券研究看好手持龐大現金儲備的新生（STEMLFE，0137，創業板貿服），有望提供約26%至100%上漲空間，帶動股價衝破3個月新高水平。

該股以50.5仙開跑，即起2.5仙，交易至早上10點22分時，增8仙或16.7%至56仙，刷新3個月新高水平；休市暫掛52.5仙，升幅為4.5仙，為十大上升股之一，半日成交量976萬200股。

該股午盤繼續攀升，截至下午4點半報49.5仙，起1.5仙，成交量1430萬9000股。

該公司過去5年共產生總值4700萬令吉的自由現金流；截至6月底該公現金儲備多達6600萬令吉，並且無貸款。

從現金流看來，聯昌證券研究相信，該股應該值介于58仙至92仙，可為投資者提供約26%至100%上漲空間。

聯昌證券研究亦認為，因尚未確認大部分來自臍帶血幹細胞業務的收入，所以保留盈余將限制該公司的派息能力。

不過，與康盛人生（Cordlife）的夥伴關係可能提高該公司未來幾年的盈利表現，進而為股東派發股息。

雖然看好公司的成長空間，但聯昌證券研究並沒有給予投資評級和目標價格。

新生末季全年转亏

（吉隆坡11日讯）成本与开销增加，导致新生（STEMLFE，0137，创业板）去年末季和全年由盈转亏。

新生去年末季蒙受171万令吉净亏，前年同期则净赚106万令吉。

公司末季营业额，从前年的443万令吉，扬升14.66%，今年报508万令吉。

公司指出，销售成本、行政和分销相关的开销增加，影响末季表现。

相比前年的321万令吉净利，公司2014全年蒙受182万令吉净亏。

公司全年营业额按年下跌2.63%，至1698万令吉。

2013年营业额为1744万令吉。

对于今年表现，公司相信仍会极具挑战，因干细胞领域和政府政策都没有新进展。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡8日讯）新生（STEMLFE，0137，创业板）首季净赚21万令吉或每股盈利0.08仙，按年增长16.67%，优于去年同期的18万令吉。

同期营业额也年增10.72%，录得426万7000令吉。

不过，脐带血干细胞储存服务的营业额则按年挫22%。

同时，泰国新生亏损5万7000令吉，而高企的广告与促销开销，也促使销售与分销开支按年涨60%。

索菲安（40岁）曾是新加坡经济发展局（EDB）奖学金的得奖者，在获得奖金后，远赴伦敦修读航空工程硕士学位。

税款拨备回退新生净利飙10倍

（吉隆坡10日讯）干细胞银行公司新生有限公司（STEMLFE，0137，创业板）截至9月杪的2015财年第3季净利飙涨逾10倍至142万令吉，上财年同季仅净赚11万9000令吉，主要归功于来自年前多缴的税款回退，以及官司结束。

新生现财年第3季的每股盈利为0.57仙，上财年同季的每股盈利则为0.05仙。

新生向大马交易所报备，第3季营业额按年扬升13.86%至475万令吉，上财年同季营业额报417万令吉。

“这主要是因为我们的新产品脐带线（umbilical cord line）所带来的营业额，以及储存脐带血干细胞（UCBSC）的收入提高。然而，公司的单季部分营业额增长却因处理UCBSC的营业额减少而抵消。”

综合2015财年首9个月的业绩表现，新生净利共计59万令吉，上财年同期净亏10万8000令吉。合共3季营业额报1338万令吉，上财年同期营业额共计1188万令吉，涨幅12.67%。

展望未来，新生董事部相信，基于干细胞领域并无新发展，加上政府监管及我国经济前景不稳定，现财年剩余季度料将极具挑战。

大股東每股45仙全購新生

（吉隆坡12日訊）新生（STEMLFE，0137，創業板貿服組）大股東康盛人生（Cordlife）今日增持股權，觸及33%強制全面獻購門檻，因此建議以每股45仙現金價，收購其餘未持有的股權。

無意維持新生上市地位

康盛人生無意保持新生的上市地位。

新生今日上揚1仙，收42.5仙，全購價仍有2.5仙或5.88%溢價空間。

新生發表文告說，康盛人生透過場外交易，以總共135萬令吉或每股45仙現金價增持1.21%或300萬股，持股從31.81%提高到33.03%，觸及強制全購水平。

該公司表示，董事部今日接獲馬銀行投資銀行代表康盛人生發出的附條件強制全面獻購建議書。

“董事部將開會商議，並適時公佈有關資訊。”

該公司表示，股東將在7天內接到有關文告。

除了康盛人生，新生大股東包括著名企業家丹斯里陳志遠。交易所數據顯示，截至今年7月1日止，陳志遠持有新生的2千486萬2千500股或10.045%股權。

受惠於前期比較數據偏低，該公司截至今年9月30日止第三季淨利暴增11倍，從11萬9千令吉增至141萬9千令吉，9個月也轉虧為盈，由10萬8千令吉淨虧轉為59萬淨利。

該公司在初步報告中說，去年第三季和9個月淨利因訴訟案件撥備而減少。

陈志远减持新生至8.99%

（吉隆坡9日讯）随着新生（STEMLFE，0137，创业板）接获收购献议后，成功机构（BJCORP，3395，主板贸服股）创办人丹斯里陈志远，随即减持新生的股权至8.99%。

早前，康盛人生（Cordlife GroupLimited）献议以每股45仙，收购新生的其余股权。

随着康盛人生提高新生的持股权至50.03%后，此收购献议在周一（7日）转为无条件献购。

新生向大马交易所报备指出，陈志远上周四（3日）透过公开市场，脱售新生的261万股。

在完成脱售后，他仍持有新生2225万股，或相等于8.99%股权。

陈志远透过JuaraSejati有限公司，直接持有新生的股权，而成功机构是Juara Sejati的控股公司。

根据新生透过马交所发布的文告，陈志远在2006年10月18日成为大股东，持股12.5%，在今年7月初则减少至10.045%股权。【南洋网财经】
