（吉隆坡9日讯）友谊机构（ULICORP，7133，主板工业产品股）两名股东在公开市场脱售部分股权后，已不再是公司股东。

他们是新加坡Yeoman资本管理公司总执行长杨胜忠（译音）与妻子林美华（译音），他们在上周二（3日）以2.396令吉价格，脱售所持有的10万股。

两人是在2013年10月崛起成为公司股东，直接与间接持股累计达5.0795%，或670万5000股，两人自今年初起便在公开市场脱售股权，逐步减持友谊机构股权。【南洋网财经】

看好業務進入高成長 友誼機構一度漲17仙

（吉隆坡7日訊）友誼機構（ULICORP，7133，主要板工業）獲看好進入高成長階段，加上淨現金的強勁資產負債表、不俗的股息回酬及收益前景看漲，今日股價受激勵盤中漲17仙或6.4%，報2.84令吉。

該股今早以揚3仙至2.70令吉迎市，隨后交易約小時觸及最高漲17仙或6.4%，報2.84令吉。

休市時該股報2.79令吉，揚12仙，交投量53萬6400股，為十大上升股榜股項之一；閉市時，友誼機構報2.78令吉，揚11仙，75萬9800股易手。

肯納格證券研究分析報告指出，距離該行為此股撰寫報告（去年7月14日）至今，該股漲幅已達53.5%，但由于收益前景明朗，看好股價仍具升值空間，給予“短期買進”投資評級，合理價為3.50令吉。

該行指出，目前該公司興建兩座具有熱浸鍍鋅層設備的新廠房，預計今年底完成后，目前產能將可雙倍增，並有助每年節省300萬至500萬令吉的外包成本。

“早前由于產能有限，該公司已放棄部分海外大型訂單；如今西亞需求放緩但東協需求卻日益強勁，加上本地各政府基建工程帶動，區域多元化的客戶有利該公司業務穩定。”

報告指出，截至2014財年，友誼機構持有 5000萬令吉或每股38仙的淨現金，資產負債表強穩不但加強採購原料時的議價力，亦可提供不俗的股息回酬。

該行估計，該公司2015財年淨利按年增21.1%至2810萬令吉，2016財年則增30.4%至3670萬令吉；這兩個財年的股息回酬則分別是4.5%及5.2%。【中国报财经】

友誼機構今日向馬證交所報備，子公司友誼機構大馬私人有限公司與Double Intensive私人有限公司簽署買賣協議，以2300萬令吉收購一塊位于芙蓉的工業用地，土地面積為4萬3615平方尺。

根據報備文件，公司會先繳付230萬令吉訂金，相當于總價值10%，其余90%將在3個月內繳付。

教唆友誼機構呈誤導性資料 審計師監1年罰40萬

（吉隆坡22日訊）現年47歲的合格審計合夥人岳志堅（譯音）涉教唆友誼機構（ULICORP，7133，主要板工業）報備誤導性資訊，遭吉隆坡地庭判處監禁1年並罰款40萬令吉。

證券監督委員會文告指出，在該項具誤導性文告下，友誼機構截至2004年12月底財年稅前盈利遭報大數，增26%。

吉隆坡地庭援引1983年證券業法令第122條內的條文，判岳志堅監禁1年，並罰款40萬令吉或再監禁6個月。

文告指出，這是證監會首度針對教唆上市公司向馬證交所報備誤導性文件，起訴審計師。該名審計師為當年負責友誼機構財報審計公司的合夥人，2009年遭起訴，2011年3月開始審訊。

吉隆坡地庭法官拿督阿末詹扎尼在宣布判決時指出，以公眾利益做為這起案件的考量，為維持投資者信心及市場誠信，這類型罪名不容小覷。

吉隆坡高庭在今年9月，曾根據地庭對金鵬集團2名獨立董事判決再做出宣判，該2名董事涉以上雷同案件，最后判處監禁1年並罰款30萬令吉。【中国报财经】

The Company is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of ULICORP has recommended a Third Single Tier Interim Dividend of Three (3) sen for the financial year ending 31st December 2015. The entitlement and payment dates shall be finalised by the Company at a later date and announce in due course. This announcement is dated 26th November 2015.
