新產品暢泳藍海‧亞洲塑膠賺益加強

（吉隆坡29日訊）亞洲塑膠控股（ASIAPLY，0105，創業板工業產品組）準備以新研發的塑膠壓克力利基產品在藍海暢泳，同時新收購的支援企業性質電子商務業務有望在下財政年貢獻20%盈利。

電子商務有望貢獻20%盈利

亞洲塑膠首席執行員張清泉說，公司這10年來通過多項具體措施，包括在生產程序符合國際標準、投資與研發和開發出幾項利基和具綠色建築元素（GBI）的產品，預測下財政年可開始在多元渠道和國內、區域的中國乃至歐美等國家銷售。

他在股東特大後披露，傳統塑膠壓克力產品是一片紅海，亞洲總共有250家廠家和競爭者，這導致賺益受壓在1%左右；預料在開發利基產品後，約佔盈利80%的壓克力產品可在2016與2017財年後因賺益增而更顯著。

他說，其中一項產品具防紅外線隔熱和更符能源效益，已向大馬當局申請專利，可用於窗櫺、門框。基於這類材質更輕盈和比玻璃少殺傷力，更適用於颱風肆虐區域和可減少衝擊與傷害。

亞洲塑膠大股東拿督楊文龍4月中成為控制性大股東後，首項企業活動是以240萬令吉現金投資FDL科技私人有限公司30%股權。

這家科技公司為2016和2017財政年提供250萬和350萬令吉盈利保證。他說，公司也正與冷藏食品公司洽商投資30%股權，希望年杪完成後可以部份現金和發股方式完成上述收購。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡29日讯）亚洲塑胶控股（ASIAPLY，0105，创业板）透露，公司正在洽购一家本地冷冻及即食食品制造商的30%股权，以便多元化业务。

根据财经日报《The Edge》报道，亚洲塑胶新任执行主席拿督杨文龙指出，公司计划持有该食品公司的30%股权，以便减少对现有业务的依赖，即制造浇铸压克力板（Acrylic Cast Sheet）。

不过，他拒绝透露该公司的详情，只指双方已洽谈了3个月。

杨文龙提到：“我们看到对方的发展潜力，料在明年首季完成这项谈判。”

亚洲塑胶只是计划收购30%股权，也不会把对方的账目整合到集团账目里。

“我们不打算全身投入本身不熟悉的业务，因此，持有30%股权足以让我们分享他们的盈利。”

目前，杨文龙持有亚洲塑胶控股28.84%股权，是单一最大股东。

他说，该公司将会透过内部资金及刚宣布的附加股，融资上述潜在的收购计划。【南洋网财经】

绿色建材需求上升 亚洲塑胶冀分一杯羹

（吉隆坡23日讯）有关环境恶化的担忧，导致全球对绿色建筑的要求更高。而亚洲塑胶控股有限公司（ASIAPLY，0105，创业板）凭借2项新专利，分别是提供最佳透光度的聚丙烯薄板，以及隔热产品，并准备从上述数十亿令吉的市场中夺取一部分。

这促使该集团在竞争激烈的传统市场中，锁定在微薄利润的附加值产品领域。

该家成立于1993年以巴生为基地的浇铸聚丙烯薄板制造商，是在亚洲中少数拥有试验工厂用作研发用途。据亚洲塑胶首席执行员张清泉指出：“由于订单不断流入，因此我们的工厂以100%产能运作，每月可生产600吨的浇铸聚丙烯薄板。”

据全球研究机构预计，在2022年全球绿色建材市场将会超过3640亿美元（1兆5600亿令吉），主要是由越来越多的消费者认识到这方面的重要性，以及受到维修和营运成本较低所推动。

它的最新产品适用于绿色建筑物，并且具有吸收和阻挡红外线的能力。该集团已经预留了400万令吉来开发这些产品，预计在2016年第3季度推出。

他解释：“我们的产品可隔热，使到室内保持凉爽，而且它可允许足够的阳光进入室内，因此可以节省更多能源用于空调和照明方面。”

此外，张氏称，聚丙烯薄板的重量较玻璃轻一半，从而在承托方面减少使用铝。

“我们的目标是在明年第3季在国内、美国和欧洲市场推出该产品。而收入贡献应从2017财政年起逐步进来。”

据他表示，集团已经向马来西亚智慧产权公司申请了专利，以及向新加坡绿色建筑委员会申请有关主要绿色属性标签的新加坡绿色建筑产品认证。该结果应该在今年底公布。

张氏补充：“这两种产品被马来西亚绿色建筑联盟批准，作为10月9日推行的绿色建筑指数所涵盖的项目。”

在获得批准后，亚洲塑胶将花另外9个月的时间，在薄板表面铺设涂层使它变硬，然后再进行商业化生产。

过去3年，该集团已斥资近600万令吉用于改善和提升生产设施和技术、加强基本产品素质及一致性、提升分析仪器、改善素质控制和素质保证功能，并建立试验性的研发工厂。

这就解释为什么在此期间没有看到显著的利润。而净利润从截至2013年3月31日止财政年的136万令吉下降49.5％至2015财政年的68万7000令吉。

在截至今年6月30日止首个财季，净利润按年增长47％至42万9000令吉，然而营业额下降4.7％至1850万令吉。该集团已经将财政年度结束日从3月31日更改至12月31日。

亚洲塑胶的市值从去年不到2300万令吉攀升至目前的8791万令吉。

为了资助研究发展经费，它正在筹备推行两次可弃权的发售附加股连同赠送免费凭单计划，以及一项特别的土著配股计划。上述筹资计划预计可募集1770万令吉，其中316万令吉将用于偿还银行借款，300万令吉用于废料管理，以及200万令吉用作营运资金。

除了聚丙烯薄板业务外，该集团正计划进军利润丰厚的网上购物市场。它已支付240万令吉用作收购FDL科技30％股权作为上述目的。

当该交易公布后，让人惊讶的是，很多人想知道为何亚洲塑胶要染指网上购物业务。有些人则觉得它有意赶上电子商务热潮。

他向传媒说：“每个人都试图将商品放在线上销售，而谁负责将货品运送到最终用户？FDL科技是一家衔接线上卖家，仓库用来存储他们的货物，以及提供交付和软件的后勤公司。”

张氏预计，在2016和2017财政年度，从资讯科技业务中分别贡献集团10％至20％的整体营业额。

FDL科技为客户提供的服务配套依据后端资讯科技系统支援网上销售平台，再加上仓库和货车为产品提供运送服务，这使消费者对它们的服务拥有信心。

亚洲塑胶没有任何电子商务网站；它的核心业务是提供后端资讯科技为客户管理网上订货、库存和交货。它依据客户每次点击每项货品来收费，以及收取货物运送费。最重要的是，它租出仓库空间，作为电子商务用途。

根据股份购买协议，FDL科技将在2016和2017财政年度，分别提供不低于250万令吉和350万令吉的盈利保证。

当商人拿督杨文良（译音）于今年4月成为亚洲塑胶单一大股东后，该集团开始寻求扩充业务。截至10月16日止，杨氏持有28.84％股权。

開拓壓克力利基產品‧亞洲塑膠整裝待發

亞洲塑膠控股（ASIAPLY，0105，創業板工業產品組）欲透過新開發的壓克力利基產品，從壓克力業務的一片紅海跳脫，期在更廣闊無垠的藍海中暢泳。

首席執行員張清泉說，傳統上，所製造的壓克力主要作為廣告看板用途；在這方面，競爭者非常多，在其營運的區域，就有不下250家製造廠商，因此在高度競爭下賺益非常低。

他說，這方面的廠家在東盟就有20家，台灣10家，而中國就有超過200家，各在廣告看板用途的業務上競爭，賺益愈顯稀薄。

他指出，為了開展在藍海暢泳的旅程，公司已在10年裡提昇整個製造程序，以符合國際標準，包括國際標準化組織（ISO）、GIS和美國材料試驗協會（ASTM）國際標準。

“我們也投入於研發，器械與配備方面提昇，具有分析性功能；這是少數有分析性功能的壓克力製造公司。”

新產品具潛能獲綠色建築認證

目前，已完成了首期設施與研發配備，同時也很自豪的向市場宣佈，其中一項反紅外線產品已提交申請專利。這項產品具潛能獲綠色建築認證，並以綠色建築材料行銷。

配合企業活動籌資1千700餘萬令吉，大約有300萬令吉用於塗層（coating）設施。為達致永續經營，公司也設廢料循環設施，把廢棄壓克力物質循環處理，300萬令吉用作廢料回收處理設施，減少地球的負擔。

他說，相關產品還有耐磨、防靜電和防手印、防反光功能，也易於清理。因此，它可用於建築、繪測和內部設計、工程和廚房內；通過多元渠道和多元地區的銷售，相信有助加強業務和盈利。

上述產品的策略是銷售歐美與注重綠色建築的中國市場；作為一家亞洲公司，銷售預料可於明年第三季開始，然而要通過品牌與品質打入市場，和慢慢獲得市場的接受，預料可能需要一段時間。

他說，上述有防紅外線和減熱壓克力產品，若用於颶風、颱風區域的國家，相比玻璃或其他金屬材質，還可減低颶風肆虐後的損傷程度，這可能是其利基所在。這項利基產品需在獲得適當的證書後，才可向市場行銷。有了利基產品，要在市場獲認同和接受，需要一些時間。不過，有適當產品和走在正軌上，亞洲塑膠的前景是正面的。

新產品明年面市

新產品2016年緩緩開始貢獻，到了2017財政年會因更多加值的加持，使營業額和賺益慢慢擴大。

大股東拿督楊文龍說，上述產品已有，只塗層（COATING）設施明年第三季在這類廠房建成後才可推出。

已研發的產品中，其中一種為標準產品，另一種為優質產品。

他解釋，其中一項產品可抑制紅外線和減熱，同時有足夠光度，可減低用於冷卻週遭環境的能源消耗和減排碳。而以壓克力為材質的上述產品也可再循環，因而更為環保。

亞洲塑膠控股8月27日，向大馬專利機構申請專利；10月9日也獲大馬綠色建築聯合會（MGBC）批准展示。也向新加坡綠色建築理事會申請，預料第四季可知結果。

上述產品可用於商業／住宅的綠色建築，實用範圍包括鑲嵌玻璃、天窗（具有減熱減噪音功能）和耐磨性（anti-abrasion），易清理。在颶風肆虐區，基於其輕巧性，可可減少衝擊及把生命損傷減至更低程度。

他說，也有一些其他耐磨、抗靜電、防指紋殘留、防止反光、易清理的其他產品，預定2016年第三季陸續推出。預測2016財政年可貢獻，2017財政年貢獻更為顯著，視市場接納程度。

這類產品的行銷和品牌需要時間，首先要在亞洲市場獲得接受；有了品牌之後，品質若能獲嚴苛歐美市場接受，相信有助公司在藍海暢泳。

在馬幣波動對公司業務的衝擊方面，他說，基於原料與出口所賺業務都以美元為主，因而形成自然護盤，近期馬幣走貶對其衝擊中和。

除了在原有業務深耕，亞洲塑膠已銳意往電子商務發展，執行主席兼持股28.84%單一大股東拿督楊文龍，早前主導以240萬令吉投資FDL科技私人有限公司的30%股權，這家主打企業對企業的電子商務科技公司，預料未來兩財政年提供250萬和350萬令吉盈利保證。

他說，壓克力產品仍為盈利作核心貢獻，這個財政年約佔90%，電子商務預計達10%，下個財政年可達20%。

楊文龍說，亞洲塑膠也正與冷藏食品公司洽購30%股權，將以部份現金和發股參與該潛能行業的發展，寄望明年首季完成洽購。
