Ltd., had on 16 December 2021 entered into a share sale agreement ("SSA") with Xue YongXing for the proposed disposal of 35,900,000 ordinary shares in Shenzhen Kanger Holding Co. Ltd. ("Shenzhen Kanger"), representing 100% equity interest in Shenzhen Kanger for a disposal consideration of RMB3,000,000 (equivalent to RM1,993,500) to be wholly satisfied in cash, on the terms and conditions contained in the SSA ("Proposed Disposal").
