Amortisation 的难题

歎名菜

1) 假设building 是amoritised over 50 yrs,
2) 今年是第11年头 (still remaining 40 yrs to go)
3)今年砌了一道新的围墙

问题:
新的围墙amortise over how many years?
a. 50 yrs
b. 40 yrs (to in line with the useful life of main building)

看你的这墙是否能separate 单独操作。
如果能，就另外预估它的useful life。
如果不能，就和现有building cost用剩余年限来计算。
