Breakfast : Oat with Anlene milk powder or
Whole grain bread - 3pcs or
MeeHon Soup with egg
and sometime will drink a cup of Cappucino after breakfast
Lunch : Oat with Anlene milk powder or
Whole grain bread or
a small bun or
Sometimes will eat at restaurant but mostly just will order "qing dan" food
Dinner :Oat+Egg+Vegetable or
Brown Rice with vegetable/taufu/some chicken breast mea (Cook without oil ) or
Ikan bilis soup with vegetables/ hai dai ( read in mandarin)
and saturday lunch will eat at outside~ ><
and sometimes i will cook green bean / red bean ( without sugar )
and will eat lots of fruit like apples , tomato , sometimes with non-fat / low fat yogurt
and will take some nuts/bean as snack
Since last week , gt start to do Exercise ( 鄭多燕減肥舞) around 30minutes , 5days per week , but not everyday .
Roughly , my keep fit planning is like above what i mentioned.Btw,i cant lose weight,still maintain the same weight and recently i just feel that my path gt loose a bit only.however,my weight never drop~

我不是專家哦 。。。 不過大概大概覺得問題如下

Lunch : Oat with Anlene milk powder or + 水煮雞蛋 (中午吃一些蛋白質 可以幫助新陳代謝, 還有增加肌肉)
Whole grain bread or +ham 或是一些生菜番茄 (只放一點點的辣椒醬/番茄醬 調味,不要salad 醬)

你的早餐和午餐吃太少,晚餐反而很豐富。
盡量 跟法國人, 早餐吃得好, 午餐吃得飽,晚餐吃得少。

and will take some nuts/bean as snack (不鼓勵, 因爲以上已經很豐富了, 頂多一個星期吃一小撮,10 顆左右)
