话说几个星期前,我去PJ Subaru SC service我的车.
我问一位adviser是否要调alignment/balancing等等。。
他回复我 - 我点知道jek,你要做咪做咯。
我再问他多一次,我第一次驾4wd不清楚,可以给下意见mou 。。
然后就摆出一副不耐烦的鸟样跟我说- 要做就每10k km做一次啦。。今天不可以,我们不够人做工。
一星期后,我再打电话问。。我买车是有free 2k service voucher,包不包alignment/balancing..
一样的回复-- 我点知道jek,你自己过来SC check。。

I sent my XV for 20k mileage service to Subaru PJ SC at few weeks ago. I checked with the service adviser regarding the alignment/wheel balancing/front & rear wheels swapping as I'm not sure whether it should do at the same time. The adviser replied * I don't know oh , if you want do then do loh * I told him that I got no idea andneed his advice, he replied with his impatient tone *if do, every 10k mileage also need do la but cannot do today as lack of manpower* I don't expect to have a VIP treatment but I'm a customer so at least deserve a very basic respect from the adviser instead of showing me his sleepy face and impatient tone. Again, it's none of my business about the SC manpower matter as i just a customer. Impossible to get me arrange the SC employee working roster, right ? By the way, is it make sense to do the wheel balancing/alignment in every 10k km ? After one week later , i called thePJ SC again to check whether can my RM2000.00 service voucher cover those alignment services charges. But too bad that I gained a low quality reply from the same SC again * i don't know , u datang SC check la * Is this kind of service should comeout from Subaru service centre PJ ?
