答：興發資源過去3年的業務表現相當穩健，有助轉板至主板上市。該公司在截至2013年12月杪財政年、2014年及2015年預測營業額，分別為7千374萬令吉、9千166萬令吉及9千931萬2千令吉。

同期淨利（每股淨利）則分別為974萬令吉（每股淨利為6.11仙）、1千零40萬1千令吉（每股淨利為5.79仙）、以及預測為1千262萬8千令吉（6.18仙）。該公司每股資產值為36仙。

財務數據方面，截至2015年6月30日為止，該公司的總資產為1億1千744萬千令吉，包括其貿易及其也應收款項為3千零8萬令吉、現金及等同現金為1千599萬2千令吉。

（吉隆坡25日讯）兴发资源（HHGROUP，0175，创业板）宣布撤销转至主板交易的申请，因为目前的经济环境严峻。

兴发资源上周五向马交所报备，接受其首席顾问肯纳格投行的建议，现在不是转换至主板的最佳时间。

不过，公司不排除未来会重新考虑转至主板交易。

We refer to the announcement dated 11 May 2015 and 2 September 2015 in relation to the Proposed Transfer (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Heng Huat, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad (“Kenanga IB”) wish to announce that after due and careful consideration, the Company has decided to withdraw its application in relation to the Proposed Transfer which was submitted to the Securities Commission Malaysia on 2 September 2015. 油棕床褥皆看淡．兴发资源后市不妙

（吉隆坡11日讯）兴发资源（HHGROUP，0175，创业板工业产品组）主要产品油棕空壳串纤维的中国需求低迷，而旗下床褥业务的市场竞争激烈，使分析员对其未来业务前景持谨慎态度，后市业务及盈利表现尚有待观察。

肯纳格研究指出，中国对油棕空壳串纤维需求转转弱，另一项核心业务－－床褥制造的市场竞争激烈，该行预测2017及2018财政年核心净利分别仅有310万令吉及320万令吉。

该行表示，兴发资源生产的油棕空壳串纤维大部份出口至中国市场（约90%），其客户主要涉及家具业领域，随着中国住宅产业放缓使家具需求走软，从而负影响对油棕空壳串纤维的需求。

从2017年第二季，兴发资源在吉兰丹话望生兴建的新油棕空壳串纤维制造厂将开始投产，使它产量增加至3万5000公吨（增加35%），惟由于中国市场疲弱，相信工厂使用率将偏低。

该行认为，随着新厂投入营运。该公司在2017财政年的折旧将增加约20%。该公司2016财政年为止的净负债达到0.58倍相当高水平，较2014及2015年则分别仅为0.10倍及0.29倍。

惟该公司的原料是以马币购买，惟其产品出口则是以美元/人民币报价，所以美元兑马币走强对该公司有利。该行估计，若是马币汇率每跌10仙，预料该公司在2017年的核心净利将增加50万令吉（约+16%）。该行预测美元兑马币汇率落在4.40水平。

该公司旗下的床褥制造业务，也因市场竞争激烈而前景不受看好，特别是原料有增无减，包括弹簧按年增加59%、树胶则按年增加39%，预料使其今年的床褥业务盈利保持低迷。该行将其合理价定在32仙，或等于其2017财政年股价账面值比1.24倍。
