兴发资源吉兰丹工厂失火
料两周恢复营运

（吉隆坡17日讯）兴发资源（HHGROUP，0175，创业板）在吉兰丹话望生（Gua Musang）的工厂发生火灾，所幸无人受伤，且没有严重影响生产楼层，预计两周内能恢复营运。

兴发资源向交易所报备，火患发生在周四凌晨一点左右。

该公司也说，有为资产购买保险。目前，消防局和保险代表仍在展开调查，以查明起火的原因。

因此，兴发资源现阶段无法得知全面的财务影响和后果。

惟若有任何新进展，董事部将会作出进一步公布。【e南洋】

The Company regrets to announce that a fire had occurred at its production plant in Gua Musang, Kelantan. The plant belongs to HK Gua Musang Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company located at  Lot 551,Kawasan Perindustrian Gua Musang,Bandar Gua Musang, Jajahan Gua Musang, 18300 Gua Musang,Kelantan. The fire started around 1.00a.m (Thursday), 16 November 2017. No one was injured in the incident. The production floor was not severely affected and the Company estimates that operations can be fully resume within two (2) weeks. The assets are covered by insurance. The fire department and insurance representatives are still conducting investigation to ascertain the cause of the fire. As such, the Company has yet to ascertain the full financial impact and consequences of the incident. The Board will make further announcement whenever there is new development as well as any significant financial impact on the Company. This announcement is dated 17 November 2017.

（吉隆坡24日讯）兴发资源集团（Heng Huat Resources Group Bhd）独资子公司Heng Huat Industries私人有限公司计划以270万令吉脱售HK Palm Fibre Manufacturer私人有限公司（HKPF）的全部股权。

兴发指出，由于将HKPF脱售予Arah Kawasan私人有限公司后，不再需要承担前者的亏损，这预计改善集团的表现。

该集团今日向大马交易所报备，由于提高使用集团余下的生产能力，以应付现时由HKPF服务的客户订单，生产效率将有所提升。

HKPF主要从事油棕生物质材料制造和贸易。截至2017年12月31日，该公司净亏46万689令吉。

兴发指出，这项脱售计划将出现262万令吉的单笔损失，并预计将稀释2018财年的每股盈利和每股净资产。

“出售所得将充作集团及其子公司的营运资本。”
