（吉隆坡17日讯）艾芬黄氏研究认为，双威建筑（SUNCON，5263，主板建筑组）有望攫取轻快铁三线合约，加上处于净现金地位，将该公司列为中型股首选股之一。

艾芬黄氏说，该公司除了是轻快铁三线合格竞标商之外，亦有望取得一些商用建筑合约。

该行认为，上述合约将会在今年陆续浮出。

艾芬黄氏表示，双威建筑作为纯建筑股，有望在建筑领域蓬勃发展之际更引人注意。

此外，该公司亦有一些预制组件（precast）业务，该业务以新元计算，在马币弱化走势下，可从中受惠。

艾芬黄氏认为，该公司手握净现金，加上高派息率，按2016财政年3%的周息率而言，估值相当诱人。

综合上述看法，艾芬黄氏以重估净资产价值（RNAV）折价10%后，给予该公司2令吉目标价及“买进”评级。

（吉隆坡10日讯）在现有项目工程接近尾声之际，双威建筑集团（SUNCON，5263，主板建筑股）即將出炉的2016財政年末季（截至12月31日止）业绩料按年趋好；同时，分析员也看好，在手的庞大订单將引领该公司实现2017財政年20亿令吉的营业额目標。

双威建筑集团预计在2月23日公佈2016財政年全年业绩。

艾芬黄氏资本分析员认为，双威建筑集团2016財政年末季盈利料按年趋好，而按季则预计上涨7%，至3320万令吉，相比第3季的3110万令吉。

该分析员给予双威建筑集团的2016財政年全年净利预测为1亿2470万令吉，比市场平均预测1亿2900万令吉低3%。

由於成本增加，预製混泥土业务税前盈利赚幅降低，艾芬黄氏资本分析员把2016財政年的每股盈利预测下修13%，而2017至2018財政年的每股盈利预测也降低4%。

手头订单48亿

展望2017財政年，艾芬黄氏资本分析员正面看待双威建筑集团前景，並认为该公司有望达到其设下的2017財政年20亿令吉营业额目標。

他指出，双威建筑集团在2016年获颁总值26亿6000万令吉的新合约，推高其截至2016年年杪的手持订单，至48亿令吉。同时，吉隆坡市中心项目已获准调高订单数额，也料提高该公司2016財政年末季盈利。

「现有在手的订单，相当於2015財政年营业额的2.7倍，意味著未来的盈利表现稳定。」

分析员也表示，假设20亿令吉的新合约在今年开始做出营业额贡献，双威建筑集团2017財政年营业额估计达21亿令吉。

料获20亿新合约

除了设下营业额目標以外，双威建筑集团也预计于今年获得至少20亿令吉的新合约，当中包括第3捷运工程、吉隆坡市中心交通提升工程和来自于母公司双威（SUNWAY，5211，主板產业股）的建筑合约。

艾芬黄氏资本分析员指出，双威颁发给双威建筑集团的格拉那再也2座公寓建设合约，总值4亿4900万令吉，佔后者全年新合约目標的22%。

「隨著双威计划在2017年推出发展总值20亿令吉的新盘，双威建筑集团料从中获得价值6亿令吉的建筑合约。」同时，该公司也有兴趣竞標2015年预算案中提及的吉隆坡-巴生快捷巴士项目，初始成本为15亿令吉。

至于预製混凝土业务，也有好消息传出，双威建筑集团正竞標新加坡房屋开发局（HDB）旗下的预製混泥土產品供应合约，总值约2亿令吉。

若竞標成功，艾芬黄氏资本分析员认为，这將提高该公司预製混泥土手持订单至2亿4500万令吉，並维持该领域年营业额水平在2亿4000万令吉至2亿5000万令吉。

「整体而言，鑑於双威建筑集团本益比仅为10倍，加上，其每股盈利料按年涨42%，我们认为，该股已浮现吸引力，我们將该公司列为建筑领域首选股。」

上财年同季为2934万5000令吉，或每股2.27仙。

双威建筑昨天向马交所报备，归功于建筑和预制业务，末季营业额从4亿7027万6000令吉，走高17.62%至5亿5314万9000令吉。

不过，建筑业务全年营业额则下跌，归咎于基础设施和岩土工程减少。

合计全年，净利按年跌2.88%至1亿2350万8000令吉；营业额则录得17亿8884万4000令吉，按年减6.68%。

截至目前，双威建筑共持有48亿令吉的订单，在政府拨出460亿令吉发展开销之际，该公司乐观看待业务前景。

雙威建築向馬證交所報備，旗下雙威建築私人有限公司，今日簽署由捷運公司（MRT Corp）發出並針對“S201”配套的工程意向書（LOA），總值2億1230萬令吉。

在這項配套工程下，雙威建築將參與建設和完成位于白沙羅達邁、斯里白沙羅西、及斯里白沙羅東的高架站和其他相關工程。

双威建筑表示，上述三项合约将贡献2017财年以后的净利。

双威建筑冀2017财年突破20亿营收大关

（梳邦再也15日讯）在未入账订单高达46亿令吉的情况下，双威建筑（Sunway Construction Group Bhd）冀望今年可突破20亿令吉的营业额目标。

双威建筑董事经理Chung Soo Kiong表示，集团有望在截至2017年12月31日止的财政年（2017财年）录得较高的营收，相比2016财年的营业额17亿9000万令吉，上财年净赚1亿2352万令吉。

“根据我们高达46亿令吉的未入账订单水平，你可以猜出今年的营收要比去年高一些。继首季业绩报捷，加上我们也非常努力冀在今年突破20亿令吉的营收大关，我们希望可维持业绩表现。”

他是在今日双威建筑的常年股东大会后，向记者发表上述言论。

Chung强调，双威建筑已通过轻快铁3号线（LRT3）项目工程配套的预审资格，考量到该集团参与LRT2项目的工程，目前为止已提交4项投标。

他补充，该集团正在竞投快捷巴士系统（BRT）项目，而该项目的投标审核刚完成财务和技术评估。

“我们是唯一一家成功完成3项大型交通项目的公司，包括LRT、捷运（MRT）和BRT。我们也受邀投标其他的项目，所以，我们处于优势。”

Chung补充道，今年迄今，双威建筑已标得约9亿令吉的工程，以填补该集团的订单。

最近一直有人说建筑股会有好行情，因为大选要来了，想请你帮忙分析双威建筑（SUNCON，5263，主板建筑组），合理价是多少？钱景好吗？

答：双威建筑预料从国内各大基建计划乃至东盟基建计划受惠，迄今有46亿未完成订单在手，大马投行预测2017与2018财政年净利增长13%与25%。

截至今年3月，这家唯一获得富时社会责任指数（FTSE4Good）纯建筑公司，成功获8亿9400万令吉订单，未完成订单达46亿令吉（包括内部订单）。

基于纪录良好，分析员看好将在竞标庞大计划方面获利；加上建筑业务多元，由铁道、建筑物、产业与预拌业务，预料可左右逢源获取订单，强化长远盈利清晰度。

1981年创办的双威建筑，多年来完成各种公路、大道、机场、桥梁等基建。

双威建筑不仅受国内迅速发展基建计划烘托，第十一大马计划下，政府公布基建与乡村发展计划。

探讨东盟建筑契机

不仅如此，分析员说，双威建筑还打算探讨东盟的建筑契机，双威将在一带一路的潜在年投资600亿美元关键基建，包括道路、铁道、水电与其他关键基建工程。

双威建筑在公（国家基建公司（Prasarana）私（KLCC集团）界建立强稳关系，另外母公司双威集团内部工程受惠。公私工程各占54%与15%，而集团提供31%工程。以区域论，大马客户或工程占95%，新加坡占5%。

双威集团是著名发展商，有地库3304英亩，未来15年可释放505亿令吉发展值。同时未来两年，亦在国内增建5间医院和增约1000张病床，有利双威建筑。

前些时候，双威建筑完成了双威医疗中心、Prince Court医疗中心之建筑工程。

大马投行认为，与母公司的关系为双威建筑起稳定作用，尤其在国内外建筑业走疲时更是如此。

至于捷运方面，捷运二线的V201与S201计划，颁发予双威建筑，总值12亿令吉。V201涉重新安置180公里长的光纤电缆、21.5公里地下高电压电缆和5.4公里水管。S201则涉白沙罗地区高架捷运站与其他相关工程。

双威建筑提供建筑物承建、土木工程建筑服务、土地技术工程服务、机电与水喉乃至预拌混凝土服务。

该公司在柔佛依斯干达特区与士乃有预拌混凝土制造厂，年产能各为7万6000与9万2000立方公尺，供应予新加坡建屋局（HDB），市占达15%。

为应付新加坡人口增长需求，该局将增建更多预购组屋（BTO）。双威建筑也将参与竞标新加坡榜鹅西部耗资4000万新元兴建的综合建设预制枢纽（ICPH），以配合新加坡政府全面自动化预制程序和提高生产力。

该公司对建筑原料起落之外汇风险采取护盘措施，大马投行维持“持有”评级，目标价2令吉零1仙。

（吉隆坡24日讯）双威建筑（SUNCON，5263，主板建筑股）截至6月杪次季，净利按年上涨17.59%，至3676万3000令吉或每股2.84仙；并宣布派息每股3仙。

双威建筑今日向交易所报备，当季营业额按年下跌3.03%，从上财年同期的4亿3029万令吉，减少至4亿1723万2000令吉。

次季营业额与上财年同期相去不远，因为建筑业务弥补预制业务营业额减少。

累计首半年，净利按年增加18.41%，至7142万2000令吉；同期营业额则按年微跌2.09%，至8亿3676万3000令吉。

派息3仙

另外，也宣布派息每股3仙，双威建筑将会在稍后公布享有权益与支付日期。

截至今年6月底，双威建筑的未完成订单达43亿令吉，其中10亿令吉为新订单。

双威建筑董事部预计，公司今年将录得令人满意的业绩。

双威建筑获5.8亿合约

（吉隆坡14日讯）双威建筑（SUNCON，5263，主板建筑股）宣布，获得房屋建筑合约总值5亿8165万6708令吉。

双威建筑今天向马交所报备，子公司双威建筑私人有限公司，今天与Liziz Standaco私人有限公司签署合约，负责在吉兰丹建造6座各29层的PPA1M公寓。

建造期限为30个月，估计将在2020年首季完工，并为双威建筑2018及之后的财年带来正面贡献。

在获得上述合约后，双威建筑手上的订单总值达到47亿令吉。

不过，该公司也提醒，这工程就如一般工程会面对建材价格波动的风险，然而，凭着公司过往的经验和专业，相信能够降低风险。【e南洋】

The Board of Directors of SunCon is pleased to announce that Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd (“SCSB”), a subsidiary of SunCon has on 14 September 2017, entered into a construction contract with Liziz Standaco Sdn Bhd for the proposed construction and completion of 6 blocks of 29 storey PPA1M apartment at Lot 10030, Seksyen 63, Mukim Kg Sireh, Jajahan Kota Bharu, Kelantan Darul Naim (“Project”) for a total contract sum of RM581,656,708.00. The Project is for a period of approximately 30 months from the date of commencement and is expected to be completed by first quarter of 2020. The Project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of SunCon Group from the financial year ending 31 December 2018 onwards. Upon securing the Project, SunCon’s outstanding order book as at to-date amounts to RM4.7 billion. The Project is subject to normal construction risk of materials price fluctuation. However, with the past experiences and expertise of SCSB in construction projects, this risk could be mitigated.
