该公司今日向马交所报备，与母公司Sedania Corporation私人有限公司签署股权买卖协议，收购Sedania As Salam资本公司（SASC）全数股权。

SASC设立于2010年，为回教金融领域提供As-Sidq系统服务，是一项现金融资（Tawarruq）大宗商品交易系统。目前共有21家国内金融服务机构使用该系统。

该公司将通过400万令吉现金，及发行2580万股，每股31仙的新股，总值800万令吉，来完成交易。

董事经理拿督努阿兹林通过文告中指出，该项策略投资活动，让Sedania创新进入金融科技领域，未来可推出创新产品来成为该领域的领导者。

他称，基于SASC将对Sedania创新的财务有显著的贡献，150万令吉的担保盈利可为公司增值，并抵消扩大股本的稀释效应。

（吉隆坡30日讯）流动服务供应商Sedania创新（Sedania Innovator Bhd）计划收购Sedania As Salam Capital私人有限公司（SASC）后，拟多元化至金融科技（fintech）服务。

Sedania今日向大马交易所报备，寻求股东批准该多元化计划。

该公司表示，进军金融科技将需要转移25%以上的净资产，将为净利贡献25%或更多。

Sedania主要向流动用户提供辅助系统。该公司在今年2月27日首次宣布拟收购金融科技公司SASC。

SASC经营As-SidqTM，一种使用预付电讯通话时间为交易商品的Tawarruq大宗商品交易系统，并被金融服务公司用于推销、确定和批准个人回教贷款。

Sedania将以1200万令吉向Sedania Corp私人有限公司（SCSB）收购拥有200万令吉缴足资本的SASC，并将通过400万令吉现金，以及以每股31仙发行2581万新股支付。

SCSB提供截至12月杪2017和2018财年至少150万令吉净利的盈利保证。

（吉隆坡15日讯）创新（SEDANIA，0178，创业板科技组）预见，2017财政年可在5大业务贡献下转亏为盈。

该公司董事经理拿督诺阿兹林在股东大会后表示，今年大马经济展望依然挑战，但乐观看待公司在2016年的投资策略将有助于2017财政年业绩转亏为盈。

该公司除了现有的流动用户点对点服务（P2P），也在去年多元化业务至高成长及高利润的绿色科技、物联网（IOT）、大数据分析（BDA）及金融科技。

“2017财政年业绩料由这5个业务支撑，绿色科技、物联网及大数据分析带来的经营权合约已开始在2016财政年第四季展现成果。”

由于企业还需时间转型及接纳这些新科技，他预计，新业务还需几个季度才可成长及全面显现。

目前该公司持有2300万令吉的绿色科技及物联网合约，可忙碌5年。其中物联网合约主要客户为大马消防局，未来合约价值料有望随新建筑增加而潜在增长。

受2016财政年前3季亏损影响，该公司2016财政年由盈转亏，净亏187万令吉，对比2015财政年的130万9000令吉净利。

对于近期宣布收购伊斯兰金融科技公司Sedania As Salam资本的进展，诺阿兹林表示，已做好所有相关工作，目前还在等待大马交易所批准，希望收购可在今年内完成。

“收购对象为少数获利的伊斯兰金融科技公司，还有很大成长空间，希望收购后可为其他新业务带来协同效益，扩大未开发的海外市场，如印尼及汶莱。”

Sedania As Salam现有21个本地金融机构客户，诺阿兹林希望通过业务关系，引进该公司的绿色科技、物联网及大数据分析服务。

该收购为相关人士交易，需在大马股票交易所批准后，举行特大寻求股东通过。

（八打靈再也19日訊）Sedania創新（SEDANIA，0178，創業板科技）宣布，獲得股東通過以1200萬令吉收購伊斯蘭金融科技平台供應商Sedania As Salam Capital（SASC），正式宣告進軍金融科技服務業。

文告指出，上述1200萬令吉中，有400萬令吉將以現金支付，另800萬令吉則通過發行每股31仙，共2580萬新股來替；預計今年第3季內可完成，並看好有關收購可貢獻2017下半財年。

SASC自2010年起提供的As-Sidq TM系統服務，是一個貨幣化（Tawarruq）的商品交易系統，目前共有21家國內金融服務機構使用該系統，為客戶提供伊斯蘭融資。

As-Sidq TM系統迄今處理過的個人融資交易便超過30萬宗，總值超過250億令吉。

根據收購合約，SASC將提供截止今年底及明年底兩個財年，每年最低150萬令吉的利潤保證，同時Sedania創新也將積極接洽各家金融機構，放眼在年底提高用戶數量至25家，冀成為國內伊斯蘭領域的主要金融科技業者。

第3季擺脫虧損 Sedania創新淨賺47萬

（吉隆坡3日訊）受物聯網（IoT）業務和As-Sidq TM系統服務帶動，Sedania創新（SEDANIA，0178，創業板科技）截至9月底2017財年第3季成功擺脫虧損，淨賺47萬令吉。

Sedania創新向馬證交所報備，第3季淨利報47萬令吉，對比上財年同期的57萬令吉淨虧損；營業額也按年暴漲173%，由227萬6000令吉增至622萬3000令吉。

根據文告，該公司物聯網業務共獲利340萬令吉，佔當季整體營業額的54.8%，是最大的貢獻來源；同時，As-Sidq TM系統服務營業額達140萬令吉。

綜觀Sedania創新首9個月業績表現，同樣擺脫上財年同期的219萬令吉淨虧損，累積淨賺123萬令吉；營業額則從607萬，按年大漲240%至2065萬令吉。

Sedania联手MESB
提供电信绿色方案

（吉隆坡12日讯）Sedania创新（SEDANIA，0178，创业板）与Matrix Energy私人有限公司（简称MESB）签署战略合作协议，携手合作为大马一家主要电信公司提供绿色科技解决方案，旨在达到每年节省22%的能源成本。

Sedania创新今日向交易所报备，独资子公司IDOTTV私人有限公司，已在上周五与MESB签约，联手为主要电信公司，提供绿色科技解决方案，为期10年。

工作内容包括设计、安装和调试节能设备，以及提供降低能源消耗的其他解决方案，预计会在9月30日前完成安装。

根据文告，这项绿色科技协议，涉及投资级能源审计、部署节能解决方案及实时远程消费监控，这一努力在电信公司于3月开始主要能源优化计划的首阶段中，扮演成不可或缺的角色。

根据这家电信公司选定建筑的能源消耗量记录，平均每月为约200万令吉，若能成功实现节省22%能源成本的目标，预计未来十年可节省高达5600万令吉的总电费。

Sedania创新也会帮助实现节省技术投资成本，以及增加经常收入。

董事经理拿督阿兹林说：“这家主要电信公司的举动，显现出大马企业致力于提高绿色科技意识。”
