有一个 email from tmnet service acceptance form "optional activity for FTTH" RM910 请问要给的吗？装那时都没有讲收什么的。。



下面是kontractor 给的form，都没有写什么charge, 20m, 15m 都没超过free的。。

打100, 询问和证实。

如果没有同意这个价钱，而contractor硬是要你还，就要做report number。

        Please          be informed that Part B is optional installation charges.          Kindly note that TM shall only install up to a maximum of 30          meters of fibre cable starting from the external cable          entrance to the Installation Address. Connection to Customer’s          Equipment which is beyond the standard installation guideline          is subject to charge. Please refer below the breakdown charges:        
                 
          1.            On pole to FTB via ground surface wiring 1st 30 meter RM450         
          2.            3M surface wiring 1st 15m (FTB- RM290         
          3.            Over the ceiling 1st 30m RM170         
                      
            Total              Charges (cash payment to Contractor): RM910            
                          
              Thus,                the charges will imposed on the next month bill. Shouls                you have any issue, do revert to us.

100叫我等下个月的单看有没有才complaint account department.

打去问contractor，他讲他也不懂，叫我call 100。。。

我的屋子后面是已经有PVC pipe 和 空的线了，kontractor用那个空的线拉他的fiber线去客厅罢了 （<15m)

unifi upgrade用户可不可以拿旧modem去换新的？

升级到50mbps，会换新modem。

30mbps，就是用现在的。如果货旧的，没有货了，就会给新modem。

想换去unify...

可是想保留现在的电话号码可以吗？

TM有没有什么配套是好像portable broadband这样的？

Streamyx换成Unifi, 会有一个新号码。保留Streamyx旧号码到tm point, 申请成RM 1。

TM的portable wifi就是p1, 现在叫webe。

我原本的是很酒以前的dir615，upgrade时tm的人说modem，router等自动多一年warratty。。如果要换直接去tm point换吗？

是你直接打100说东西坏了, 才会来换。

你直接拿去, 没人处理的。

最近好清淡噢!  只好看着办。

为什么大家都对179这么有兴趣 ?

价格偏高，附加的happytv iflix也好，也用不上。花个两百多只为了要internet，不实际。倒不如申请maxis 10mb就好
