现在试着这个，之前是backup to internal sd card, 这次去Google serve:
backup all data through Google Drive.
Uninstall app
reboot
Download latest version Whatapp
here and install
Restore previous backup

Factory reset 后要用回我说的方式不是只是Reboot......
这个方式有人试过,可以用的....

你是说，factory reset后，装回whataspp后不要restore chat history吗？

Factory reset 后,装whatapps, restore chat history from google drive.
因为有人试了没事.....好像是backup restore有问题

我所试过的：
1. factory reset, install whatsapp, restore back from local backup -->还是有问题
2. no factory reset, remove and reinstall whatsapp, restore backup from google -->还是有问题
现在做了double wipe，and reinstall back whatsapp, with all setting leave default，在测试着，如还是有问题，就试你的方法。。。

其实你现在的方法是对的.....
我之所以叫你restore backup from google，是因为你说你的chat history重要

应该不能.....凡是restore from backup多数有问题...... |

好奇问，什么原因restore from local backup会导致问题，而from Google不会呢？ |
