Value Cap看好农业股跑贏大市

（吉隆坡12日讯）Value Cap公司旗下子公司--i-VCAP管理私人有限公司（i-VCAP）表示，在经济走下坡时，农业相关股项的表现相当韧性，即使目前大宗商品价格仍然低迷，但相信该领域在接下来的表现可跑贏其他领域。

i-VCAP管理私人有限公司（i-VCAP）首席执行员玛兹尔奥曼表示，在经济放缓时，各別领域的盈利表现皆受到影响，而农业领域的盈利表现则相对有韧性，即使目前全球大宗商品走势仍未有明显復甦。因此，相信该领域接下来的表现，可能比其他领域佳。

玛兹尔奥曼是在i-VCAP管理私人有限公司推出新基金的推介礼后，向媒体如此表示。

该新基金是MyETF汤森路透亚太区（日本除外）的伊斯兰农业指数基金（MyETF-AGRI）。

MyETF-AGRI基金总规模为5亿单位，每单位1令吉，最低认购额为100单位。同时，该指数基金的认购截止日期落在11月19日（周四），预计于12月3日（周四）正式在大马交易所上市，其上市简称及编號，分別为「METFAPA」及「0826EA」。

玛兹尔奥曼指出，自2008年至今，MyETF-AGRI指数每年平均回酬约为8.8%，而该基金將也会努力交出与指数一致表现或更好的表现。

至于该基金主要將投资在8个国家，包括大马（30.1%）、澳洲（18.4%）、香港（15.1%）、台湾（13.7%）、韩国（8.7%）、印尼（6.8%）、菲律宾（5.1%）及泰国（1.9%）。

目前，全球交易所交易基金（ETF）接近3兆美元，其中符合伊斯兰教义的交易所基金佔约3亿2000万美元。至于大马股市，符合伊斯兰教义的交易所基金，佔总交易所基金市场的30%。

另一方面，针对市场谣传Value Cap公司將会在11月杪进场扶市，玛兹尔奥曼披露，目前资金还未到位，但即使资金在手，Value Cap也不会贸然进场，而会採取谨慎的策略。【东方网财经】

MyETF僅327萬股認購

（吉隆坡23日訊）預定12月3日在馬股上市的湯森路透亞太除日本伊斯蘭農業指數基金（MyETF），截至申請止只獲得327萬零700股認購率，遠低於5億單位上限，意味所有申請者都能購得新單位。

大馬股票發行所（MIH）透過文告說，上述指數基金的初期認購期限已於11月19日截止，期間總共收穫525份來自大馬公眾的申請書，認購327萬零700單位，配售代理則收到一份涉及20萬單位的申請。

基於接獲的申請沒有超過當局批准的5億單位，因此不需要進行抽籤，所有成功申請者最遲在12月2日接獲通知。（星洲日報／財經）

i-VCAP管理推介的MyETF-Agri。我们如果仔细看这类交易型指数基金（ETF），就会发现到投资者对它们兴趣缺缺。

今年4月，i-VCAP管理推出全球首个东南亚回教股息指数基金MyETF-MSEAD（MSEAD），公司本来打算提供公众认购的是2亿单位，但是认购率奇低，只有约585万单位售出（认购率2.92%）。

如今MyETF-Agri的IPO，认购单位也只有347万而已（认购率1.64%），堪称难兄难弟。

众所皆知，上市是有年费的，理论上主板上市的公司，资本约在6000万令吉以上，我们很好奇，大马交易所如何对它们的上市收费，而这么少投资者（以及单位），又是封闭式，上市有意思吗？

可惜这类基金又没有年度股东大会，我们无法询问详情，看来还是无奈的敬而远之。

亚太农业指数基金首日上市 i-VCAP 明年中推第5 个ETF

（吉隆坡3日讯）i-VCAP管理私人有限公司（简称i-VCAP）放眼在明年中，推出第5个交易型指数基金（ETF），以推动国内ETF领域发展。

i-VCAP隶属于ValueCap公司，后者是由国库控股（Khazanah）、国民投资机构（PNB）和退休金基金（Kumpulan Wang Persaraan）共同持有。

i-VCAP董事兼总执行长马希尔奥曼表示，由于推出ETF需要经过一定的程序，因此，希望可在明年中，在马交所推出第5个ETF，促进ETF市场。

他是在今天出席亚太农业指数基金（METFAPA，0826EA，主板指数基金）的上市记者会上，发表谈话。

“下一个ETF可能是专注于投资在某个国家，或是区域，资产级别也可能会不一样。”

i-VCAP旗下的第4个ETF亚太农业指数，今天正式亮相马交所，这也是该公司今年以来第2个挂牌的ETF。

根据文告，亚太农业指数的主要投资标的，是紧密跟踪“汤森路透回教亚太（日本除外）农业指数”

（Thomson ReutersIslamic Asia Pacific ex-Japan Agribusiness Index）的表现。

后者主要由亚太区30个涉及上游业务且符合回教教义的农业股所组成。

当中包括我国的吉隆甲洞（KLK，2445，主板种植股）、PPB集团（PPB，4065，主板消费产品股）和雀巢（NESTLE，4707，主板消费产品股）。

跌破发售价

简单而言，指数基金的交易价格、基金份额净值走势等，将与所跟踪的指数基本一致。

亚太农业指数甫上市的首宗交易，以96仙成交，低于1令吉的初始发行价。

对此，马希尔奥曼认为，该价格表现并不令人意外，因这对指数基金来说是正常的。

“ETF是以基金结构为基础，与一般首次公开募股（IPO）的股项表现不一样，因为前者是跟随基金的净资产价值（NAV）而波动。”

截至昨天，该基金的净资产价值企于99仙左右。

“市场有动静是个好迹象，这意味着投资者已开始熟悉ETF的结构。”

市场上一般认为ETF的流通量不高，但他却认为，这不是个主要担忧，因投资者要接触到ETF非常容易。

一同出席鸣锣仪式的还包括，i-VCAP独立非执行董事哈山伊布拉欣、罗斯里阿都拉、东姑阿夫威达、i-VCAP主席万卡马鲁查曼、ValueCap总执行长莎莉法杜，以及马交所总执行长拿督达祖丁。

投资潜能大 亚太农业指数回酬料8%

马希尔奥曼预计，亚太农业指数的回酬，将与汤森路透回教亚太（除日本）农业指数大致相符，约为8%。

“过去5年，指数平均每年回酬达8%，相信亚太农业指数的回酬，也会与之看齐。”

他说，市场需要更多投资选择，因此，决定推出以投资农业股为主的亚太农业指数。

“农业在ETF领域是全新的东西。农业是个强韧的投资选项，潜能很大。”

但他坦言，基金料面临外汇风险，因基金以令吉计价，但投资目的地却高达10个国家。【南洋网财经】
