16日次季業績遭看淡 頂級手套陷入賣壓

　（吉隆坡14日訊）低原料成本拉低平均銷售價格，加上令吉料持續處于強勢，豐隆投銀研究下修即將于16日公佈次季業績的頂級手套（TOPGLOV，7113，主要板工業）財測，股價受壓淪入十大下跌股榜。

　該股開市微跌1仙至5.43令吉以后，即直往下瀉，不到一句鐘，挫至全日最低5.28令吉，挫16仙；休市暫掛5.33令吉，跌11仙，為十大下跌股之一，半日交投161萬3700股。

　截至下午4時半，該股報5.31令吉，跌13仙，成交量233萬9500股。

　該公司次季財報將于本週16日（週三）出爐，該行預計，受惠于強勁美元及低原料價格，按年比較次季收益將高于上財年同期的5620萬令吉。

砍目標價

　“但按季度比較，料將比首季的1億2890萬令吉稍微放緩，這是受令吉升值所影響。”

　豐隆投銀研究指出，正因如此，今年該公司料不會再取得破紀錄的業績，加上平均售價料將趨低。

　由于整體原料市場價格趨低，該行下修平均售價預測值，頂級手套2016至2017財年的核心收益預測值亦下修3%至5%。

　該行也已排除美元走強這利好，因為令吉料將維持升值強勢，為此該行已納入令吉兌美元3.80的預期（相比早前4.0水平），于該公司2016至2017財年的財測。

　豐隆投銀研究仍維持頂級手套“買進”投資評級，但卻砍目標價，從8.04令吉至7.51令吉。

顶级手套建议马新双边上市

（吉隆坡14日讯）顶级手套（TOPGLOV，7113，主板工业股）建议在新加坡证券交易所主板进行次级上市。

目前於大马证券交易所上市的股票將会在新加坡上市，不过该公司强调，大马交易所仍是顶级手套主要的交易所。

另外，现持有大马交易所顶级手套股权的股东在符合標准及条件下，可將股票转换至新加坡交易所，反之亦然。

此外，该公司表示，这次上市將不会涉及新股发行。而为了提升该公司在新加坡交易所的股票流动性及交易活动，顶级手套將与现有大股东商议，以释出约2000万新元的股票（或5940万令吉）在新加坡交易所公开市场。

配合这项企业活动，该公司亦宣佈建议修改公司章程。

这次次级上市活动可多元化其投资者群体，并为新加坡的投资者，提供直接投资的渠道，进而提升公司的交易流动性。

与此同时，这亦將为顶级手套未来集资提供新平台，以及方便进行更多的整合及收购活动。

次季净利料成长

另一方面，受惠于美元走强及较低的原料价格，丰隆投行预测顶级手套在週三（16日）公佈的2016財政年次季业绩中，净利將取得增长，前年同期为5620万令吉。

虽然如此，该投行预测，令吉兑美元走强，將使顶级手套次季业绩比今年首季来的逊色。分析员认为，顶级手套净利不大可能再突破歷史新高。

同时，分析员表示，顶级手套的產能逐渐提高，平均售价（ASP）料逐步下跌，该公司位於波德申及泰国的新厂房，將在2017財政年把484条生產线，提高至540条，届时，產能將从每年生產446亿只手套，提升至每年520亿只手套。

该分析员提醒，顶级手套將调低平均售价以应对竞爭。此外，风险还包括丁月青及胶乳价格预料上涨，及令吉转强对该公司的影响。

「我们將顶级手套2016及2017財政年的净利预测调低3%-5%，较低的原料价格也使我们下调预估平均售价；令吉料將持稳，我们將2016及2017年匯率预测从原本的1美元兑4令吉，上调至1美元兑3.80令吉。」

该分析报告指出，顶级手套正面因素包括逐渐转向生產丁月青手套，生產效率提升及自动化节约成本措施。但值得一提的是，由於丁月青手套比例较低，顶级手套的赚幅也相应的比同行低。

从估值来看，顶级手套依然是丰隆投行认为最有吸引力的手套股，按2017財政年的每股盈利预测和20.6倍的本益比计算，该投行给予顶级手套「买入」评级，但目標价从原先的8.04令吉，下调至7.51令吉。

顶级手套今日闭市报5.32令吉，跌12仙或2.21%，是今日第10大下跌股，成交量有257万股。

CIMB 重振雄风

过去两年，可以说是CIMB（联昌国际，1023，主板金融股）最颓废的时期。

想当年，CIMB的股价长时间处在RM7.00至8.00以上，一度跟大马银行业的龙头老大MAYBANK互相抗衡。

可是从2014年第二季开始，被一连串的不利因素给打乱，包括印尼业务滑落、印尼盾贬值等，导致盈利败退。

到了2014年末季，CIMB的业绩更是跌入谷底，净利只有2亿令吉，退步了整整77%。

2015年，CIMB开始调整步伐，并开始进行了一些整顿计划，例如裁退过剩的员工，以减少开支。而这些整顿计划。

2015年第三季开始，CIMB的业绩也逐渐复苏。

根据最新的业绩（2015年第四季），其单季营业额达到40亿4156万令吉，单季净利则达到8亿2574万令吉。

只要未来的季度里，其净利能够达到10亿以上的话，CIMB就已经算是回到2013年的水平了。

虽然CIMB的业绩已经已经几乎要恢复到2013年的水平，可是其股价依然还处在相对比较低的价格，因此我相信股价有望重回当年的光辉。
