相信去伦敦旅行前不少人都会听到朋友说当地食物又贵又不好吃，也不知道从哪时而起，网路上就开始出现了各式各样在伦敦遇见美食地雷的文章，不过各位Foodie们可别因此就放弃了寻找美食的机会了！因为在Hackney就有这么一家座落于河道边的迷人小餐馆「The Barge House」，其招牌餐点「Breakfast in Bread」将外酥内软的大面包内塞满了英式早餐的料理，像是培根、菇类、菠菜、起司和半熟蛋，一切下去缓缓流出的蛋黄征服了无数人的味蕾，绝对能让你重新对伦敦餐馆燃起希望！

单看这款Breakfast in Bread你可能以为只是单纯在面包上层铺上了鸡蛋料理，内里顶多是塞了些起司吧！
