Ms office 2016 無法換中文font

當我用Ms word，想換font就會有error then 自動關program.
試過download language pack 但不能。

没用过2016 ,不过其他版本都没遇过这个问题。。

Try opening word in safe mode and check if it helps.
To open word in safe mode, press ‘Windows key + R’ and in the window type ‘winword /safe’ without quotes and click ok to open ion safe mode. Check with fonts. If you have no issues then it is due to add-ins.
Follow the steps below and disable add-ins.
1.    Open Outlook
2.    Click on File> options> Add-ins
3.    Click on ‘GO’ beside Manage – COM Add-ins and uncheck the add-ins and click ok.
4.    Close and open Outlook and check to open add-ins

您好，已依您的指示開word於safemode，當中發現一些特定的中文font可換到，但一些當background highlight 到那(未選)就出問題了。

我沒安裝outlook…. 懇請指教。謝謝。

If you have no issues then it is due to add-ins.
Follow the steps below and disable add-ins.
