Report  to:	Assistant  Manager - Operations	Converting  Supervisor
Team:	1  Assistant Manager – Operations    2  Cs officers    If  include new hire, it will be 3 CS officers, total 4 persons	1  Converting Supervisor    2  Converting Operators    1  Driver    If  included 2 new hires, it will be 4 converting operators, total 6 persons.
Job  description:	·               Handling  of all incoming shipments (Base Materia ) from SEAL Hub Singapore      ·               Issue  work order to production for cutting    ·               Liaise  with planning Dept for all work orders to production (e.g.  Lead time  & completion date of work order)    ·               Arrange  delivery to return back the material to SEAL Hub Singapore after completed  cutting in Malaysia    ·               Sample  arrangement to Seal Hub (If any)    ·               Liaise  with Transporter for booking & delivery arrangement from Malaysia to SEAL  Hub Singapore    ·               Responsibility  to extend new local narts in SAP for Sub Con order ( If any new item )    ·               Provide  closing stock to SEAL Hub Singapore by monthly basis after month end closing    ·               Filing  for all related import & Export documents form Seal Hub Singapore.	•        Bertanggungjawab terhadap semua aktiviti-aktiviti  pengeluaran termasuk memotong, laminating, slitting, gulung semula &  lain-lain proses yang berkaitan.    •        Bertanggungjawab untuk proses pembungkusan selepas  selesai memotong untuk setiap pesanan pelanggan.    •        Tanggungjawab untuk merekodkan semua bahan-bahan dalam  rangka kerja selepas pemotongan selesai. Seperti:-Merekod nombor kumpulan,  masa memotong, penggunaan bahan asas, keluaran sebenar bagi barangan siap,  baki akhir bahan asas, kuantiti penolakan.    •        Bertanggungjawab dalam penyelenggaraan kemudahan mesin.    •        Bekerjasama dengan CSD & bertanggungjawab untuk  semua penghantaran keluar kepada pelanggan tempatan    •        Bertanggungjawab menerima SEMUA penghantaran yang  diterima daripada pembekal    •        Aktiviti 5S dalam kawasan pergudangan
