这份附件很重要，LAST_WILL-LKY-Draft of 19 August 2011.DOC。我们是无法看到的，但法庭律师应该可以检验。：
（文件名字很怪，第七份遗嘱却以第一份遗嘱为蓝本？）

在立遗嘱那边的时候，就只有弟妹两人在那边搞风搞雨，哥哥都没干涉。
老李去世后不久哥哥转态了真的很奇怪，会不会是律师发表遗嘱后发现弟妹什么东西了？

我个人会倾向于拆屋分钱大家好聚好散的选择，但小李似乎不是这么想的。  （换我是小李，我会拆屋分钱作慈善，至于阿扬阿玲要不要作慈善，是他们的事。）

他有他的想法。



跟据小李的说法：
第一份到第四份遗嘱，有拆屋的段落。
第五份和第六份遗嘱，没有拆屋的段落。这中间应该是有很多争执，可怜的老李。。。

第七份遗嘱，律师换人，小李不在（他似乎到老李去世后才知道拆屋段落又出现，当时就有争执。）

看来她和阿扬要老家的share, 拆了, 卖了, 钱自己收。

但阿龙不让他们得到所有利益, 要把售屋所得捐做慈善。 当然有人不高兴咯。

根据遗嘱， Oxley老家本来是LHL的。 但是， LHL在2015年把老宅以市价卖给弟弟。同时规定弟弟需要捐一笔钱给慈善团体。所以现在老宅是完全属于弟弟的。

捐给慈善机构有问题吗！？你们“李家”都是有钱人了！何必为了房子翻脸！？捐出去也是显得“李家”大方得体和慈爱表现嘛。。。对于以后子孙或者事业发展都会有一定的好处不是吗？！

In accordance with our agreement, I donated half of the value of 38 Oxley Road to charity. Although not required under the agreement, I also donated a sum equivalent to the other half of the value of 38 Oxley Road to charity. 38 Oxley Road now wholly belongs to LHY. This is consistent with the position that I had always held and conveyed to my family: that it is not tenable for the family to retain proceeds from any dealing with 38 Oxley Road, as it would look like the family is opposing acquisition and preservation of the House for monetary reasons. LHY was and continues to be unhappy about my taking this position. So, it would appear, is LWL.

My Father had told us, his children, repeatedly, that being family property, there is no need to donate to charity if Oxley were sold. Hsien Loong, as a condition for selling the house to Hsien Yang, and in his attempt to punish Hsien Yang for blocking what he wants to do with the house, stipulated that in addition to paying Hsien Loong the market value of the house, he must also donate 50% of that value to charity.
