想请问一下有经验的朋友，本人想要自己组个乐队然后到外面接表演，但是不知道要去哪里找人，有没有什么网站是可以帮忙找队友的？或者是大家有什么好的建议吗？还有组团需要具备什么条件呢？经验不足，还请各位指教，感谢感谢～
