（吉隆坡15日讯）Radiant Globaltech有限公司提呈招股书草案，寻求上市大马交易所创业板。

科技公司Radiant Globaltech，在提呈给大马证券监督委员会的招股书草案显示，将公开发售1亿2808万股新股。

其中，1100万股供公众认购、2110万股提供给合格董事和雇员及相关人士认购，及9598万股配售给特定投资者。

另外，根据该公司的草拟招股书，也将献售1200万股给特定投资者。

全年净利涨49%

上市所筹得的资金，45.6%将用于扩张业务、30.59%用来偿还贷款、12.88%为营运资本，及剩余10.93%为上市费用。

Radiant Globaltech是一家科技公司，主要业务为提供零售科技方案和控股投资。

该公司的零售科技方案服务和产品，协助零售商自动化，提升效率和减低成本。该服务和产品，也出口至越南和柬埔寨。

截至12月杪的2016财年，该公司净利年涨49.25%，录得947万令吉；营业额年增15.73%，报7684万7000令吉。

招股书草案也提到，该公司的硬件业务，占2016财年营业额的76.14%、软件业务则占9.24%，而维修和技术支援服务占14.62%。

若以客户的地理位置区分2016财年的营业额分布，大马占88.42%，海外则占11.58%。

值得一提的是，益大资源（EITA，5208，主板贸服股）独立非执行主席拿督萧金陵，也是该公司的独立非执行主席。

萧金陵同时也是花旗银行有限公司、公务员退休基金（KWAP）、合顺（UMW，4588，主板消费产品股）、绿盛世国际（EWINT，5283，主板产业股）、双威建筑（SUNCON，5263，主板建筑股）等大企业的董事，也担任陆路交通委员会委员。

锐腾首季净赚18.9万令吉

（吉隆坡28日讯）截至今年3月31日止首季，零售科技解决方案供应商锐腾（Radiant Globaltech Berhad）录得1380万令吉营业额及18万9000令吉净利，其中91%营业额来自硬件与维修业务，其余则来自软件业务。

该集团向大马交易所报备：“集团在2018财年首季维持总赚幅。然而，集团准备执行增长计划，导致行政开支、劳工成本及相关开支增加，提高了营运开支。”

该集团将于今年7月24日在大马交易所创业板上市，这是该集团首次发布业绩，因此无从比较。

配合首次公开募股（IPO），该集团公开发售1亿2810万股新股，发售价为每股23仙，预计可筹集2950万令吉，用于扩充业务与资本。

锐腾新股超额认购6.7倍

（吉隆坡12日讯）將于7月24日在马股创业板上市的零售科技方案公司--锐腾有限公司（Radiant Globaltech Berhad），在首次公开售股（IPO）的大马公眾认购部份，取得了6.7倍的超额认购。

文告指出，供公眾认购的1100万股新股，共收到了2193份申请，以认购8499万股股票，这相等于6.7倍的超额认购。

该公司的IPO活动，公开发售1亿2810万股新股，其中1100万股让公眾认购，每股发售价为23仙。

锐腾董事经理叶汶富透过文告表示，这次的IPO新股认购成绩让他们提高信心，该公司將善用集资所得，让公司更上一层楼。

该公司通过IPO集资2950万令吉，其中1460万令吉用来扩充国內外业务；480万令吉作为营运资本；660万令吉將用来偿还银行债务；350万令吉用来支付上市费用。

该公司的文告指出，独立市场调查公司Smith Zander的零售市场调查结果显示，大马零售科技方案市场预料將增长6.3%，从2017年的4亿零420万令吉，在2019年提高至4亿5640万令吉。

展望未来，叶氏称，该公司会继续专注在零售硬体设备业务，並且积极提高零售软件业务的增长，而公司短期的海外市场目標为印尼。【东方网财经】

Malaysian Issuing House Sdn Bhd ("MIH") is pleased to announce that the Radiant Globaltech Berhad ("Radiant Globaltech") IPO under which 11,000,000 New Shares  were made available for application by the Malaysian Public has been oversubcribed and the balloting of successful applications was conducted this afternoon.

A total of 2,193 applications for 84,989,400 New Shares were received from the Malaysian Public for a total of 11,000,000 New Shares available for public subscription, which represent a total oversubscription rate of 6.73 times.

All Notices of Allotment for the IPO shares will be mailed to successful applicants on or before July 23, 2018.
