MAXIS FIBRE 舊用戶記得要檢查自己的配套

用了Maxis Fibre好幾年,一直都相安無事。錢照给網路照上,雖然時好時壞,整體來說還不壞。一個月RM148有10mbps, 算是時價吧!偏偏今天不小心走到Maxis Centre付費,才發現自己原來一直多付費,10mbps的網路早就降價到RM139,最近還調整到RM119....
隨後打到客戶中心查詢,確有此事,如果我要享受這個優惠,我需要取消我的戶頭然後重新申請,才能享有這個優惠。不然可以選擇每個月給RM139, 網速調整到30mbps。
這件事不禁讓我想到之前鬧得沸沸揚揚的Maxis差別收費事件。如果老娘沒有打電話查詢,那不就得傻傻的繼續付較多的錢享受較慢的網路?? Maxis 是這樣對待老客戶的嗎?? God bless you... 大家,如果你也在使用MaxisFibre,請仔細查詢然後了解你是否跟我一樣當了冤大頭...
Ps: 用了至少4年,已經沒有合約綁死,隨時可以解約。

要自己留意吧  148 是有30元的免費通話費 139 是取消了 30元的免費電話 119 是促銷 2年 以後會回到139

所以這個帖子是提醒別人留意自己的配套是否划算,因為maxis 只有在價錢提升配套的時候才會詢問你要不要加(之前就接過加10變30m的電話),不會問你要不要每月少付然後提升優惠! 像目前139可以有30m的配套,根本就沒有接到任何通知。這對於一直忠心準時付費的客戶來說,感覺會很不爽!

他們推這些都是找新顧客 如果 合同期滿了 可以換去119的 我因為之前 148 換去 139 合同2年 沒到 所以 只能 upgrade 去30M 不過 速度是真的有快到 優惠期到31/12/2017 罷了 打去 maxis 3個 工作日 就換好了

我unifi也一样啦。。。。30M月付179,现在它广告大大给50M月费179, 但是照样给我30M.....奶奶的。。。

我的UNIFI也是一样,149 10M,现在人家是139 30M。
打算换去MAXIS fibre 了

我的更死, 179 10M, 在考虑换去MAXIS fibre,又听说还要在waiting list等有空的port.

對他們來說,並沒有多付,我只是買貴了... 我繼續多付對他們比較好,所以他們不會主動通知你有比較好跟便宜的配套,除非你要停掉或者像我這樣不小心發現吧

网线是活的,要经常检查,到各个档口看看,才不会吃亏。
现在的价钱是改来改去的,跟promoter打一点交道。

大头也是看了lz的帖子才发现到,蛮生气的。。。

明年一月合约就会结束了,打算换去4G LTE的broadband。。。

I believe Maxis fiasco is still very arrogant and never learn from the unfair treating lesson in the year of 2016.

Few days ago, I just noticed that Maxis is offering the home broadband promotion 30Mbps with RM139. Any customer signing a contract will entitle the below extra new products and services.
- A free better quality Wifi router (black color) vs the older one is (black & white color)
- A free DECT phone
- Unlimited voice call to ALL fixed and mobile networks
- Unlimited iflix access
- Maxpert consultation

Currently, I need to pay the exact amount every month but then only have the 10Mbps speed with NO extra services and better quality product benefits. Therefore, I did chat with the Maxis Customer Service (CS) to check and confirm whether I am entitled for this promotion, since my home broadband service the contract has yet been ended (had already paid for a year, another one year contract remaining). The CS replied with a positive feedback said "CAN" and advised me to visit any Maxis service centre for the upgrading.

Today, when I reached at the Maxis CS centre to request for the upgrade, I was being told that I can only upgrade to 30Mbps with having only the unlimited voice call and iflix access. I am
- Not allowed to replace a better quality wifi router
- No free DECT phone.
However, the current contract will still need to revise and re-bond for 24 months.

It then immediately popped up in my mind, I feel like again Maxis is shamelessly to discriminate and treat the existing customer unfairly. Maxis is so cunning to practice a double standard for 2 group of users that having similar services.
- The existing end user is not being notified for the upgrade.  There is no received of promotion notification, letter, SMS and email to inform the existing end user for the upgrade. Base on each existing end user self awareness to request for the upgrade.  If the end user did not aware of this upgrade he/she will have to continue paying more (RM139) with less services (10Mbps speed only) and without having the new hardware product benefits until the end of contract period.
- However, if the existing customer does go for the upgrade, he/she will be treated unfairly versus to the new contract signing user. His/Her upgrade is ONLY entitled for services upgrade, new hardware product benefits are not entitled.
- I then questioned Maxis CS, since the existing customer is ONLY allowed for the services upgrade, then why must to renew the existing contract to another 24 months, indeed Maxis should continue execute the remaining months. I then reemphasized if you are insisted to bond the contract for another 24 months then as a customer we should also entitle the new hardware benefits such as the wifi router and DECT phone. The CS replied “NO” it is only for new contract customer. For the existing customer the only way to entitle the hardware is to terminate the current contract with paying the RM500 penalty and then resigning a new contract. Then I answered to the Maxis CS as I had already paid for a year (RM139 x 12) is more than enough to cover the RM500 and don’t forget you are going to renew the contract again for another 24 months. You know what is the Maxis CS reply? This is our T&C during you signing up the contract…….to me this way of arrogant answering seem like they are licensing gangster to operate the business in Malaysia.
- I then continue question the Maxis CS, since Maxis is offering the exact same services to new and existing customer, why the existing customer is being treated so unfairly? The CS is speechless and can’t answer me directly. After that, the CS just redirected me to approach the marketing team and suggested me to write email to Maxis.

From the above incident, I can conclude that Maxis such a big corporation, the CS is so unwell trained and acted unprofessionally, also Maxis marketing strategy has no business etiquette that treating the existing customer no value to them, therefore all of us are being treated unfairly versus to the new customer.
