为什么MOS在interim cert不是cumulative的？

如题，Interim Certificate 里的Materials on site为什么不是cumulative的，而是有高有低？
不是应该和works done一样cumulative,然后后面再减掉么？？
我的小脑袋逻辑又转不过来了 求助 |

不一定，因为间中还有新的MATERIAL DELIVERED TO SITE ＆ CLAIMED。再加上 DEDUCTED USED MATERIAL， 每个月的加加减减。。。所以没有一定的数据。
只有一个是肯定的，到最后不管MOS 还剩多少，一定是扣完变成 ０。

因为materials converted to work done。Work done means Materials + Installation。Certify MOS是因为还没install。 |

应该说 cumulative work done =
current work done + previous work done + previous mos
