都是Gated & Guarded，管理费是多少。。。
把管理费也放进考虑范围里面比较好，毕竟管理费是给到你卖掉为止的。。。

买二手的，选taman seri impian

我个人认为如果买地下屋就会选没有管理费的，因为通常club house都没什么用到的，不如把那笔钱省下来更好。。。
这是我个人意见啦，祝你早日买到心意的房子。。。
