职位描述: - Attend to walk in, inbound phone call enquires and email replies
- Communicate effectively on customers enquiries
- Support related events
- Perform warehouse duties (receiving and inspection of goods into warehouse and stock take) if needed
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management office if needed
- Assist in any adhoc projects required by management
工作要求:
- Good command of English and Chinese language abilities: reading, writing, and speaking
- Team player, enthusiastic, out-going, good communication and phone skills
- Ability to work independently
- Well-organized and thorough, even under pressure
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Willingness to learn
- Previous customer service experience will be an advantage
