职位描述:
  • Attend to walk in, inbound phone call enquires and email replies
  • Communicate effectively on customers enquiries
  • Support related events
  • Perform warehouse duties (receiving and inspection of goods into warehouse and stock take) if needed
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to management office if needed
  • Assist in any adhoc projects required by management

工作要求:

  • Good command of English and Chinese language abilities: reading, writing, and speaking
  • Team player, enthusiastic, out-going, good communication and phone skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Well-organized and thorough, even under pressure
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Willingness to learn
  • Previous customer service experience will be an advantage
