楼主该想问的是grammar吧？
Do you know where the closest one is ：这句是对的，但也可以说：do you know where is the closest one.（基本上不是完全的对，但还是可以说的）

Do you know where is the closest one is： 这句是错的，where is（verb）还加多一个（is）verb？

Where is the nearest starbucks？这句是对的，因为每个句子（present tense）都必须要有一个verb
Where the nearest starbucks？这句是错的，因为少了一个verb

那也要看数量啊！
而且你自己也写ONE，意思就是一，单数，所以就只能放is
is跟are也可以的。

就如： do you know where the closest shopS ARE或者是do you know where the closest shop IS
