全麦小面包 | 简单的搭配,完美的口感

With some butter, the smell of wheat has always been around my mind after a bite. After returning, I started looking for wholemeal bread. However, the taste of memory has not been found. So I had to do it myself. Before eating, you can cut the bread into two, slightly roast it, until can smell the scent of wheat, apply some butter, matched perfectly. Simple match, perfect taste.材料 | Ingredients
高筋面粉|High protein flour 200g
全麦粉|Wholemeal flour 50g
糖|Sugar 15g
盐|Salt 1tsp
酵母|Yeasts 4g
牛奶 | Milk 180g
无盐牛油 | Unsalted butter 15g
适量的牛奶 | Suitable amount of milk
