总理：砂延至明年首季 完成收购马航飞翼

（古晋30日讯）砂拉越总理丹斯里阿邦佐哈里指出，砂拉越政府收购马航飞翼航空（MASwings）的最终程序，预计在2025年第一季完成。

他说，原本应该今年完成的程序需要延长，以便让受委审计师有时间审查砂拉越政府及大马航空集团（MAG）提呈的马航飞翼资产价值。

“我们有自己的估价，他（MAG）也有他的估价，所以我们需要请第三方（审计）来估算马航飞翼 航空的资产价值。”

“本来应该在本月完成，但由于（双方提出的）价值存在差异，一旦这程序完成，收购程序也就完成了，但肯定会在明年第一季完成。”

他今日在砂拉越德教会紫霞阁肾脏基金会医疗及商业大楼动土礼后，向记者这么说。

在砂拉越政府完成收购马航飞翼航空后，将直飞德国、韩国、日本、香港及泰国等。  

较早前，阿邦佐哈里致词时说，砂拉越政府已分发32台透析机予数个洗肾中心，以帮助州内肾病患者。

ATR-72-500: MASwings also operates ATR-72-500 aircraft.
You can tell the difference between Boeing and Airbus aircraft by looking at the wings. Boeing aircraft have wings that rise from the fuselage and angle upward toward the wingtip, while Airbus aircraft tend to have flatter wings.
