如果你是学生,又只有RM10000存款,该怎样得到高回酬的投资呢?

1万来做生意,不是很现实。存银行,最保险,最少得赚,尤其现在通货膨胀4-5%的时代,3%的FD利率简直是在亏本。 |

我觉得可以尝试和朋友合资做生意。就因为是合资,所以资金少都没什么大问题,反正几个人合起来应该数目不会少。
还有一点就是很多人认为做生意一定要大资本,要一间大大的店面加上如山的存货才可以开始做生意。其实不然。小资本生意有小资本的做法,大资本生意有大资本的做法。一个在夜市摆档的小贩和一个开店卖电器的老板都是一样做生意。重要的是你应该如何规划你的生意,让这门生意能够为你带来可观的回酬。
创业是一门"人赚钱"加上"钱赚钱"的生意。回酬率是最高的,但是风险也相对高。在合资做生意后,你就可以了解到股票的运作等等,那么你可以开始投资股票来启动"钱赚钱"。(毕竟股票也是从商业社会产生的)投资股票也等于投资一门生意。如果你对做生意一窍不通,对公司财务报表不清楚,试问你如何选择应该投资在什么公司的股票?
因为考虑到是学生,学生所学到的都是课本上的东西,完全没有实战中的经验,所以学做生意是比较稳当的做法。这样可以让你更了解商业社会的运作,学习商业知识,获取实战中的经验。而在你得到知识和经验的同时(不论赚钱或亏钱),你就会更了解更多的商业运作,如股票市场的买卖。
因为是学生,所以没有固定收入,投资在股票的钱更不容有错。如果拥有了知识和经验,更能够让你分析及选择一个值得你投资的股票,而不是胡乱跟风炒卖。

1)投资生意+创业-75%
2)投资股票-25% |

Sorry for replying in English. My computer can't write Chinese.
Here I share my investment journey.
I used 10K on buying a 42K property which valued at 65K and I get 95% of 65K loan from the Bank. the 10K is for 10% down and the legal fees. I got cash extra RM19,750.00. the bank installment is about RM390.00 per month and I manage to rent it out at RM450.00 per month.No maintenance fees bacouse it is a low cost flat.
I have good tax free money given to me from the bank of about RM19K from bank and monthly RM60 cashflow.
I used this technique to buy 9 properties already and which all my properties are in good cash flow and I have total RM150K now just generate from my little RM10K saving.

可是有个问题想问问, 为何你可以买到那么多间廉价屋? 政府不是规定只有底收入者才可以买进廉价屋吗? |

I'd used about 8k to invest on a low cost flat which is quite similar to you. But rent it out at RM350 per month only. I used my EPF twice to expidite repayment, and later on, I refinanced it and got OD facility at about 19k which I used it partly for buying another house (still looking for it) and partly used for share investment |

I receive a lot of PM massage questions and I need to answer in public.
1.Is true . Robert T is my Guru, I personally attended his coach in KL in 2001 and but some of the trick are not applicable in Malaysia.
2.Robert G Alan & Doctor Dove De Roos is my Guru also. Please read their book to learn Real estate investor.
3. please read Milan Doshi book - from Malaysia. this is the best book for new starter.
4.I start my 1st property in Puchong, Balakong, Nilai Inti, Mount Kiara and now Equine park in Sri Kembangan
5.to answer paladin80 big big question, low cost flat can be trade after 5 years
6. Kssow big big is also experience property trader
7.All my property purchase not from auction. becarefull when you buy auction property, I nearly get cheated by the agent in one property auction. but if you equipe with the skill, auction is one of the good way to get below market price property.
8.Is very hard for me to share how I deal with the bank to get 9 property with 90% loan. but Trust is the most important factor.

Compare to you, i'm still quite a distance. recently try to buy a shop apartment, got consent letter from developer but bank doesn't to approve loan the developer is black-listed. A bit 手尾长. |

工字不出头。好想掌握投资的道理。请各位大大指交。。。

投资股票能发达,但需要时间修出这份功力。工字虽然未必出头,但在还没有掌握好投资前,打工还是一条路。 |
