KUCHING: The popular Boulevard Shopping Mall adds another whole fourth floor today to give ample space for lots more choices to meet the shopping needs of Kuching shoppers.

"Originally, we wanted to open two floors at the same time today, but have to delay the opening of our fifth floor to the end of next month as we could not get it ready in time. When our fifth floor opens, we will become among the biggest, if not the biggest, shopping mall in Malaysia with available floor space of 260,000 square feet.

Our Boulevard Miri is already the biggest in Sarawak and adding two more floors will surpass that," said Boulevard Hypermarket (Kuching) Sdn Bhd Managing Director Dennis Lee.

The fourth floor will be accommodating product ranges such as lightings, home decorations, gifts & souvenirs, toys, costume jewelry, bags & luggage, baking appliances, household items, stationery, paintings & framed pictures, gardening decorations, ceramic & wooden flower vases, artificial flowers, wall paper, cotton & linen products, kitchen wares, undergarments and lingerie, wall paper, computer/computer accessories, sports, leather and casual shoes, glass wares and even bicycles.

The fifth floor, when it opens next month, will house a children's playground, ladies fashion, winter clothes, home furnishing, sports/fitness equipment, educational toys/materials, interior design materials, LED lightings, light furniture such as tea tables, chairs, garden benches and decorative items such as big clocks, chandeliers and other lightings.

"The first two days of our opening, we will be giving special treats to our customers through the recruitment of our Privileged Card membership recruitment. Those who sign up, whether as primary member or supplementary member, will be given gifts. As a Privilege Card member, our customers can enjoy special privileged and premium pricing benefits. There will be 10 items to choose from for our two-day (ending August 31) purchase-with-purchase campaign for those who spend RM50 or above in a single receipt," Lee added.

溜冰场和戏院不是取消了吗？现在楼上统统拿来做hypermarket，卖些居家用品和服装，还有一个小孩子的游乐场。

霸级市场罢了，所以报道有说全部楼层开张后富丽华霸级市场将成为全马最大霸级百货公司之一。
整个富丽华购物中心有720,000 square feet。

如上所言，之前的娱乐设施一律取消，改为富丽华百货部门（Megastore） 。

4楼现在可以进去参观了，5楼要在这个月尾才开放 。

如果只是霸级市场
真的很大一下

26万平方公尺的零售面积是指：富丽华广场底楼的富丽华霸级市场+1楼、2楼、3楼、4楼及5楼的富丽华百货部门 。其它店面不包含在内。

取消了，二期工程只剩下公寓和一些店面罢了 。

如果计划还有更变我会报告上来 。

２ND PHASE有酒店，３００多房间。。。。SHOPPING MALL２年内完工，现在已经做BASEMENT了。。。酒店４年后。我对我们前景很乐观。现在暂时输春天，但２年后就有好戏看了

有没有二期购物商场的内幕消息呢 ？

到時,其他購物中心建好咯...它就失竉了...

刚开那一层楼卖的东西就像super save ,one stop ,100%一样。。没舍好逛
去了也不会买..搞不好买个劣品电器回来，导致房子烧掉都有可能。。

4年。。。 哇。。 好久哦。。
4年后可能多了很多其他购物中心了。。 现在富丽华新开的那层Megastore, 真的让我傻眼。。 东西就跟廉价百货公司一莫一样。。没有看头， 跟去100%supersave 购物是一样的， 没有一点霸级市场的霸气。

现在多了个Interhill Palace, 应该也会进驻高级的品牌吧？

没什么内幕，好消息是原本计划的１８８间SHOP LOTS依然有。我不否认３，４楼MEGA STORE做得不是大家所期望的，我们原本计划做CINEMA，BOWLING，ICE SKATING，GAME ARCADE，EXHIBITION HALL的，后来被拒绝，所一MEGA STORE是UNDER HYPERMARKET，不是UNDER我们。但我们保证PHASE２会做得更好，PHASE２将会我们自己做
