Madah Seloka is principally involved in investment holding. （吉隆坡21日讯）杨忠礼机构（YTL，4677，主板贸服股）在截至今年9月30日止财年首季，净利按年扬升9.09%至4亿2756万令吉，相较去年首季的3亿9193万令吉。

该公司同期营业额按年微扬2.73%，由去年同期的50亿7213万令吉，增至52亿1074万令吉。

首季每股盈利由去年同季的4.03仙，扬升至4.12仙。

杨忠礼机构宣布，在现财年首季派发每股15%或1.5仙中期股息，除权日是下月31日，享有权益日期则是2014年1月17日。

该公司董事经理丹斯里杨肃斌在文告中表示，洋灰、产业发展与投资，及酒店业务业绩增长，推动集团取得佳绩。

升禧产托净利挫36%

升禧产托（STAREIT，5109，主板产业信托股）因澳洲置产购置成本增加，导致首季净利按年下挫36.46%至1446万令吉，相较前一年首季的2276万令吉。

该公司营业额则按年飙升2.65倍至1亿258万令吉，相较去年首季的2807万令吉。

升禧产托宣布中期收入分配每单位1.92仙，总计2539万令吉，相当于可分配收入的90%。

杨忠礼电力净利跌7%

杨忠礼电力（YTLPOWR，6742，主板基建股）首季净利按年滑落7.11%至2亿3482万令吉，去年首季净利为2亿5280万令吉；该公司同期营业额按年下跌4.7%至39亿8113万令吉。

该公司向马交所报备，杨忠礼洋灰购下Competent Teamwork，全数已发行及缴足股本，总计25万股，面值为每股1令吉。

（吉隆坡4日讯）杨忠礼机构（YTL，4677，主板贸服股）向马交所报备，以1200万英镑（约6528万令吉）收购英国Thermae发展私人有限公司。

根据文告，杨忠礼机构独资子公司———杨忠礼酒店产业私人有限公司以上述代价，全购Thermae发展每股1英镑（约5.44令吉）的26万股。

Thermae发展成立于1997年，为英国Thermae温泉浴中心的营运公司。

首半年而言，杨忠礼机构净利从前年的6亿5439万令吉，增加23.95%至8亿1109万令吉；营业额则从前年同期的101亿9480万令吉，微跌0.76%至101亿1704万令吉。

另外，杨忠礼电力（YTLPOWR，6742，主板基建股）2014財政年次季（截至12月31日止）净利为2亿4792万令吉，较於前年同期的2亿5608万令吉，下滑3.54%；营业额则为37亿7005万令吉，较於前年同期的40亿9858万令吉，下挫8.02%。

ERL冀新機場帶動乘客增長36%

（吉隆坡6日訊）楊忠禮機構（YTL，4677，主要板貿易）旗下快鐵連線系統私人有限公司（簡稱ERL）預計，一旦第2吉隆坡國際機場（KLIA 2）投入運作，乘客量可成長36%。

根據《The Edge財經日報》報導，ERL總執行長諾瑪穆罕默指出，一旦第2吉隆坡國際機場投入運作，屆時乘客量可成長36.4%。

她說，已完成快鐵連線的建設工程，一旦第2吉隆坡國際機場開幕，就可啟動該服務。

（吉隆坡23日訊）楊忠禮機構（YTL,4677,主板貿服組）洋灰業務增產及吉隆坡機場快鐵（ERL）載客量增料推動未來盈利，分析員看好楊忠禮電力盈利缺失可由新盈利填補，而最大推動力則是旗下公司一系列私有化活動。

聯昌研究指，隨著楊忠禮洋灰私有化，楊忠禮機構及楊忠禮電力（YTLPOWR,6742,主板建計劃組）盈利組合已變得均衡，以往透過楊忠禮機構持有楊忠禮電力的狀況已改變。

該行認為，吉隆坡機場快鐵及成功競標新馬高鐵計劃帶來的新盈利將成為進一步重估主要因素。

“私有化活動成為主要催化因素，吉隆坡機場快鐵延長至第二吉隆坡國際機場及楊忠禮洋灰新產能料即時帶動盈利。”

市場因楊忠禮機構規模及對楊忠禮電力盈利的依賴而認為進入“增長乏力”階段，2010至2013年年均複合增長率不僅取得14.7%，楊忠禮電力淨利貢獻也從73%下滑至48%，主要是受洋灰業務私有化影響。

“不過，受洋灰業務30%增產及吉隆坡機場快鐵載客量增36%，盈利再平衡及成長走勢料持續，2015財政年每股盈利預測料比市場高14%。”

若楊忠禮電力大馬購電協議（PPA）無法更新，大馬發電廠料在2016財政年停運而導致盈利受挫，因此該行預測，未來3年年均複合盈利僅增長率7.7%。

“相信楊忠禮機構能以新盈利來源填補這項空缺，方法包括進行併購或贏取高鐵（HSR）計劃。”

該行表示，洋灰業務私有化顯示楊忠禮機構重組所釋放的價值，若對子公司，包括楊忠禮電力、楊忠禮置地（YTLLAND,2577,主板產業組）及楊忠禮電子（YTLE,0009,創業板科技組）重複一樣的換股計劃，預計2015財政年每股盈利將上揚8.9%，股本回酬率從10.9%改善至12.3%，每股股息料翻倍。

“若3家子公司整合為一，楊忠禮機構估值將獲重估。”

有鑑於此，聯昌研究給予“加碼”評級，目標價2令吉。

（吉隆坡20日讯）杨忠礼机构（YTL，4677，主板贸服股）及旗下公司今日公佈2014財政年第3季（截至3月31日止）业绩，除了杨忠礼电力和杨忠礼电商之外，其他皆取得净利增长表现。       

杨忠礼机构第3季净利按年上涨34.5%，至3亿8981万5000令吉，去年同期为2亿8982万5000令吉；营业额却按年微跌4.4%，至45亿4528万9000令吉，去年同期为47亿5273万7000令吉。

其首9个月累积营业额为146亿6233万令吉，按年跌2%，去年同期的营业额为149亿4753万7000令吉。然而，首9个月的净利则上涨27.2%，从去年同期的9亿4421万5000令吉，增至12亿零091万3000令吉。

配合业绩出炉，董事部建议派发10%或每股1仙的第二次单层中期股息。

杨忠礼电力净利跌

该公司旗下的发电业务--杨忠礼电力（YTLPOWR，6742，主板基建股）2014財政年第3季净利按年下跌0.23%，至2亿5557万3000令吉，去年同期为2亿5616万1000令吉；营业额也从去年同期36亿5254万7000令吉，按年下挫9.65%，至33亿零018万8000令吉。

首9个月营业额为110亿5137万2000令吉，比去年同期的119亿3025万4000令吉，低7.4%。净利则从去年同期的7亿6505万1000令吉，降低3.61%，至7亿3742万令吉。

杨忠礼置地净利涨549%

至於负责產业业务的杨忠礼置地（YTLLAND，2577，主板產业股）2014財政年第3季净利为782万4000令吉，按年涨549.83%，去年同期为120万4000令吉；而营业额也按年上升239.10%，至9363万5000令吉，去年同期为2761万4000令吉。
