（吉隆坡29日讯）大马评估机构（RAM）给予杨忠礼机构（YTL，4677，主板贸服股）建议的20亿令吉中期票据“AA1”和展望“稳定”的长期评级。
RAM也重申集团5亿令吉中期票据计划（2004/2019）的“AA1”和展望“稳定”的长期评级。

债务40.4亿

机构考虑到杨忠礼机构仅运用了该融资便利的10亿令吉，因此给予上述评级，该集团的债务将在今年6月底增加至40亿4000万令吉（包括为子公司提供企业担保）。

RAM指出，杨忠礼机构目前还未拟定资金使用计划。

“上述评级持续反映杨忠礼机构的强劲业务组合，即多元化且在多领域子公司强稳。”

RAM也指出，杨忠礼机构的额外10亿令吉债务和杨忠礼电力（YTLPowr，6742，主板基建股）近期从中期票据计划提取10亿令吉，将进一步让资产负债表受压。

“截至2012年12月底，集团总营运租赁调整后债务处于296亿1000万令吉的沉重水平，虽然据我们了解，大部分债务与特许经营相关。”

RAM预计，5年内杨忠礼机构营运资金债券覆盖率将维持在约0.2倍。[南洋网财经]

該公司文告指出，它通過獨資子公司-楊忠禮（新加坡）有限公司，在中國廣州設立獨資子公司－廣州Autodome食品及飲料管理公司，初步注冊資本為30萬美元（約92萬4千令吉）。（星洲網）

楊忠禮機構第三季淨利減21%

（吉隆坡23日訊）受產業和洋灰業績下跌影響，截至今年3月31日止，楊忠禮機構（YTL，4677，主板貿服組）第三季淨利減少20.6%，報2億8千982萬5千令吉，不過首9個月淨利增加10.6%至9億4千421萬5千令吉。

該集團第三季營業額滑落9.3%，至47億5千273萬7千令吉，前9個月則小跌1.1%，至149億4千753萬7千令吉。

楊忠禮機構集團董事經理丹斯里楊肅斌表示，雖然酒店與公用業務營收增加，發電站營運及維修業務的貢獻也提高，但受新加坡產業發展計劃完成、洋灰業競爭加劇等影響，9個月營業額略為滑落。

他在文告中說：“在這一季，新加坡公用業務的銷售減少，發電業務的折舊撥備也增加，影響了集團的業績表現，幸好英國韋塞克斯水供（Wessex Water）的水務及廢料業務走強，抵銷了前述衝擊。＂

第三季淨利減2.5%

該集團旗艦公司――楊忠禮電力（YTLPOWR，6742，主板基建計劃組）第三季營業額跌8.4%至36億5千254萬7千令吉，首9個月略增1.9%至119億3千零25萬4千令吉。

楊忠禮電力第三季淨利滑落2.5%至2億5千616萬1千令吉，首9個月也下跌7%至7億6千505萬1千令吉。發電業務的折舊撥備與維修開銷增加，抵銷了水務及廢料盈利提高、聯合公司股息和盈利上揚、有利的外匯波動等貢獻，拖累了盈利表現。

第三季淨利挫87.7%

受新舊發展計劃交替、新加坡產業計劃完成影響，楊忠禮置地（YTLLAND，2577，主板產業組）第三季淨利劇挫87.7%剩120萬4千令吉，首3季也暴跌61.1%，掛742萬1千令吉。第三季營業額報2千761萬4千令吉，急瀉87.5%，首3季則滑落74.5%，至1億1千386萬3千令吉。

第三季淨利漲5.9%

楊忠禮電子（YTLE，0009，創業板科技組）在數碼媒體廣告收入與存款利息收入雙雙揚升下，第三季淨利漲5.9%至886萬4千令吉，9個月增加4.5%至2千815萬6千令吉。第三季營業額微增1.2%至2千174萬8千令吉，9個月則升2.5%至6千530萬令吉。

昇喜產託
獲利減41.6%

至於昇喜產業信托（STAREIT，5109，主板產業投資信托組），第三季與9個月營業額獲澳洲、大馬和日本的資產帶動而提高超過兩倍，各報1億零699萬3千令吉和1億9千222萬5千令吉。

不過，昇喜前期脫售新加坡昇喜信托優先單位獲得2千610萬令吉盈餘，推高了比較數據，以致第三季和9個月盈利分別減少41.6%和30.6%，各報1千476萬5千令吉和5千433萬7千令吉。扣除該筆一次過交易，9個月盈利增加46.9%，至7千660萬令吉。（星洲日報／財經）

传杨忠礼向西班牙买火车

（吉隆坡27日讯）消息指出，杨忠礼机构（YTL，4677，主板贸服股）与西班牙火车生產商进行会谈，將买入4组价值1500万令吉的火车，为服务吉隆坡第2国际机场（KLIA2）之用。       

杨忠礼机构通过持股50%的机场快铁(Express Rail Link)私人有限公司，拥有机场快铁（KLIA Express）和机场支线（KLIA Transit）30年的特许经营权，负责经营往返十五碑的中环广场及吉隆坡国际机场之间的跌路路线。

目前该铁路路线有12部电动高速列车提供服务，这些火车的供应商为总部在德国的西门子公司。《商业时报》报导，机场快铁公司將以1亿令吉，將铁路路线扩充至吉隆坡第2国际机场（KLIA2）。

机场快铁公司首席执行员诺玛穆罕默诺5月时表示，铁路路线的扩张，將提升40%的载客量，至740万人。

消息指出，西门子公司供应的火车，成本比其他供应商高30%。而杨忠礼机构希望將成本维持在低水平，因此，预计將採购更便宜的火车。杨忠礼机构董事经理丹斯里杨肃斌计划收购介于2至4组火车，每辆包括四个车厢。

消息指出，一些中国製造商，如中国南方铁路也向杨忠礼机构提出火车的销售建议。

杨忠礼机构可能购买西班牙或中国的列车。该交易预计在今年10月期间敲定。列车將在未来20个月內交付。

（吉隆坡29日訊）楊忠禮機構（YTL,4677,主板貿服組）將接受獻議，認購升喜產業信託（STAREIT,5109,主板產業投資信託組）配售的最高值3億1千萬令吉的新單位，以保持其在後者持股權逾50%水平。

該公司文告指出，升喜產託將配售總值最高值8億令吉的新單位，而每單位發售價將在較後時確定。

截至2013年5月31日止，該公司直接持有升喜產託的56.44%。（ 星洲日報／財經）
