我有个疑问。我现在是UK PR。如果我的公司派我到国外公干，需要在国外呆超过两年时间，间中可能会回来英国几次。我想知道我的PR会被cancelled掉吗？
如果公司出一封信来证实我是被派出去，UKBA会接受吗？ |

你好，tranlator大大。我是Engelin Heng..是第一次在这里想向你寻求申请关于WHM上的问题。目前我才打算要先下去吉隆坡大使馆那里拿applicatian form,然后再向工作人员询问关于去英国的质询和条件。希望你的专业能够帮到我~谢谢
⑴ 是否先去英国大使馆拿application form 回来填，因为我是Kedah人。要去趟KL也不算很方便。所以先了解多写..
⑵ 一个人的户口必须最少要有多少钱才比较稳？？
⑶ 若一个人的户口必须要show最少Rm20k的话，当show给他们看以后，这笔钱会是不动产吗、还是直接可以使用了呢？？
⑷ 要出示什么资料才是最安全、最稳、又不需要中interview的？？由于我父亲是做五金生意的，＜生意注册字，父母联名户口3个月stament，店屋的屋契...这些足够、证据会稳吗？？当然出生报纸也没问题....还有这些文件除了都是originai以后，是否需要多付印一副就可以了？？
⑸若汇钱进我户口的并不是我父母，这样行吗？？还是必须要出示证据证明这笔钱是从我父母户口汇入我本身的户口呢？？
⑹。由于我是打算和我男朋友一同前去的，可是他并没有家里资助、却是由他妈妈的姐姐（是一位我国的大学博士）薪水高、又有学历~这样可以吗？？出示他阿姨的所有有利文，过关的机率会高吗？？

在英国那里我是有朋友的姐姐在那里生活了7年，可是她却是非法的跳飞机居住在那里。前两年刚嫁给当地的英国人，还生了一个小孩。请问要她帮忙出示他们那里的住所会连累到我朋友的姐姐吗？？因为如果成功拿到visa的话，通常都会在他们家住上一段日子....需要他们那里给我们什么文件吗？？这样才能够证明我们确实在英国当地有朋友会来迎接我们....谢谢 |

想请问下大家，若成功申请到WHM2年了之后回国～可却还想继续前往英国一边工作边打点工作以维持生活费用～是否还可以更新（意思是再次申请WHM或者还有什么办法可以更新然后继续前往英国？？我才21岁，希望那里若环境好的话，想待到大约4~5年，这样可以吗？还是只能去了2年之后就再也不能申请到再前去英国的签证了？？很像知道，麻烦各位帮帮忙～ |

mm, 英国WHM在两三年前已经不再开放给马来西亚公民申请了
去纽西兰吧

i hv a question here about the visa...
i m goin to have medical elective at university of edinburgh nex yr...
they request me to do a tier4 visa wit reason that elective is same category as working purpose
however, my seniors that went to uk last yr did not apply any visa...
do i reali nid a visa for tat?
i oni stay bout 1 month

no need apply visa they you give you 6month ground visa upon arrival. provided that the immigr\ation officer is satisfied that you are here for holiday and not intended to over stay.

You probably have to re check with UKBA as you know their policy changes all the time...

男朋友想过来工作。。但是不知怎么开始第一步。
应该找到工作先？还是拿到visa过来这里先呢？
不用找那些很长的工作。。可能来这里2-3个月或者半年就够了~

If he intended to work he need to get a Tier 1 or 2 visa before he come. Tier 1 is according to point scoring system. if he had a degree and highly skill profession will be easier to apply. Tier 2 need a employer from UK to apply for him.
How long will you be studying here. You may also opt for unmarried couple dependent Visa where his visa depend on your student visa and he can work without restriction. but you need alot of proof to show that you are genuine couple. If you planing to get married then it will be easier to get dependent visa.

上月情人节已经像他求婚 ，计划在这半年内她回来注册 。
uk border 有spouse /unmarried/settlement visa ，好晕哦哦。
上年已经考了英文ＩＥＬＴＳtest , 然而现在也在准备筹款机票和签证费用 。

如果注册后再办dependent visa 就简单多了只须结婚证书你老婆收入证明和bank statement 就行了。你depend 满两年就可以伸请PR
