加速扩展 柏年进军新领域

（吉隆坡30日讯）柏年控股（BREM，8761，主板建筑股）未来將加快扩展及发展计划，並探討进军新领域以多元化公司业务。
柏年控股大股东兼董事经理拿督邱財加在今天股东大会后表示，目前公司本身加上透过联营公司间接持有高达1000英亩以上的土地，未来5年平均每年总发展价值（Annual GDV）將介于3亿至5亿。除了主要的巴生谷地区，在马六甲和檳岛也有发展计划。
不排除扩大股本
他指出，目前產业市场確实受到多项因素如消费税（GST）忧虑、政府打房措施以及银行收紧贷款等影响，但他相信，市场將在明年消费税实行后回温。管理层將会逐年加快公司发展速度，並不排除进行更多股本扩大活动，配合公司日益壮大的规模。
柏年控股之前建议1变2拆细股票，以增加股本和流通量。
邱財加也透露，儘管目前大马尤其是城市地区的地皮价格昂贵，但公司目前现金充裕，將会寻求以合理的价格收购有潜能的土地。
柏年控股在今年7月份脱售其在柏丹联合（Bertam，9814，主板產业股）的32.89%股权，从中套现8024万令吉。
针对即將来临的2015年预算案，在之前一系列打房措施奏效的前提下，他不认为，政府会继续推出更多產业市场冷却措施，因为这將对產业市场和政府本身带来严重衝击。
另外，邱財加也强调，公司的资產和地皮遭低估，不少地段目前的市价已远高于当时的收购价。【东方网财经】 |

（吉隆坡2日讯）柏年控股（BREM，8761，主板建筑股）以189万2400令吉，脱售TitiKaya私人有限公司的2.2%股权。
根据文告，柏年控股已将Titi Kaya的11万4000股，转售给Kepong Haemodialisis Centre私人有限公司。
Titi Kaya核心业务是产业发展和投资，柏年控股是最大股东，原持有50.5%股权。

（吉隆坡17日讯）柏年控股有限公司（BREM，8761，建筑组）子公司帝亿卡亚私人有限公司，将以4520万令吉出售NPO建筑商私人有限公司51％股权。
“出售NPO建筑商是基于售价具吸引力，而且可给予我们一个套现的机会。”
该集团致函大马交易所说：“上述脱售将从9月30日起的未来180天内完成。”
