产业复苏．柏年冀今年业绩续增长

（吉隆坡20日讯）柏年（BREM,8761,主板建筑组）预期产业发展业务逐步改善，有望继续带动今年业绩增长。

该公司董事经理丹斯里邱财加在股东大会后表示，由于旗下地库是多年前买下的，成本不算太高，因此该公司产业业务可享有较高的赚幅。

他补充，目前产业领域稳定复苏，该公司会陆续推出更多产业项目。

年报显示，柏年在吉打、雪州及吉隆坡尚未发展的地库总数为469.11英亩，账面价值为3亿2536万4000令吉，当中90%的地库是在2006年以前收购。

邱财加指出，该公司目前未入账销售为2亿令吉左右。

“在产业复苏走势下，相信今年的业绩可获得改善。”

交易所数据显示，截至2017年6月30日止首季，该公司营业额与净利各报8466万9000令吉及466万令吉，涨1.32倍及78.2%。

邱财加表示，该公司目前手握5亿令吉土木工程合约，可支撑未来2年该业务的表现。

竞标约1亿工程

他说，该公司也正在竞标约1亿令吉工程，过往得标率介于20至30%。

他披露，虽然政府收紧外劳政策，造成不少大型建筑集团的人手吃紧，但该公司暂时并未面对这一方面的问题，建筑业务并未受到影响，也有能力应付5亿令吉合约。

除了产业与建筑外，柏年另外两项业务为产业投资及水务供应与服务。

邱财加表示，该公司的产业投资项目为甲洞柏年商场，该商场每年可贡献200万令吉至300万令吉的盈利。

至于水务业务则主要是来自巴布新几内亚的贡献，他说，这项业务的特许经营权将在2019年到期，公司将与该国相关机构洽谈，以攫取相关合约。
