木材产量挫 大安财测目标下修

（吉隆坡20日讯）由于本地天然森林减少，加上环保意识抬头，分析员预见大安（TAANN，5012，主板工业产品股）的木材产量将受影响，因此下修财测和目标价格。

艾芬黄氏投行研究在报告中指出，大安今年首5个月的木材产量按年下挫22.4%，至15万6946立方米。

考虑到森林越来越少，加上更严谨的环保举措，分析员将2015至2017财年的木材产量预估，下调5至8%。

由于木材短缺，加上市场需求旺盛，支撑原木的平均销售价，处于每立方米250至265美元的高位。

相反的，胶合板的平均销售价则跌至每立方米500至520美元，归咎于日元对于美元汇率走软，造成主要的日本买家持谨慎态度，而房屋建筑低迷也是肇因之一。”

因此，分析员将胶合板的平均销售价预估，下修1至3%。

随着下修木材产量预估和胶合板平均售价后，分析员也下调2015至2017财年每股盈利预测2%至5%。

大安明后财年的每股盈利增长，料为10%至11%；周息率则为5.3%，分析员重申“买入”评级，但将4.92令吉的目标价，调低至4.81令吉。

棕油产量升5.7%

大安鲜果串（FFB）今年首5个月的产量，按年上扬5.7%至20万8565公吨，原棕油产量同按年升5.7%，达5万5496公吨。

分析员预料公司的成熟种植地面积，将从去年杪的3万355公顷，在今年扩大至3万5345公顷，明年达3万7267公顷。

大安拥有4万2914公顷的种植地，截至今年3月已种植3万9921公顷，计划在今年杪能耕种完所有的种植地，接着在砂拉越再寻觅新种植地，以扩大种植地。

（吉隆坡28日讯）大安（TAANN，5012，主板工业产品股）截至6月30日次季，净赚3344万9000令吉，涨12.36%，或相等于每股净利9.03仙。

上财年同期收2977万令吉，或8.03仙。

根据文告，当季营业额扬4.53%，从去年同期2亿4576万7000令吉涨至2亿5688万9000令吉。

大安指出，当季表现亮眼，归功于鲜果串产量和原棕油销量提高，同时，原木出口和胶合板产品的平均售价提高。

合计上半年，该公司累积净利微涨3.59%，报6053万令吉；营业额按年增4.69%，写4亿7903万5000令吉。

该公司表示，排除不可预视因素，公司有信心于本财年，取得令人满意的业绩表现。

反贪会解冻户头

此外，大安在另一则文告表示，之前被大马反贪污委员会冻结的部分银行户头，已在8月获解冻。

获反贪会确认 大安没非法伐木

（吉隆坡18日讯）大马反贪委员会（MACC）确认，没有找到显示大安（TAANN，5012，主板工业产品股）与旗下公司违法的证据。

大安昨天宣布，反贪会已确认没有找到证据，能够证明大安和旗下公司违反2009年大马反贪污委员会法令。

今年5月，大安宣布，其与两家子公司，Ta Ann Plywood和Lik Shen Sawmill，正全面与反贪会合作，以协助调查砂拉越的非法砍伐活动。

砂州全面的调查行动，是在5月12日正式展开，不过，并没有影响到两家子公司和大安的整体营运。

该公司表示，在木材加工环节，选用合法树木一直都是公司的政策。

去年，该公司更与独立国际第三方SGS（大马）私人有限公司接洽展开检测，以验证原料的合法性及永续性。

（吉隆坡6日讯）旗下核心业务强劲的贡献，加上油棕树平均树龄年轻，未来油棕产量乐观，市场看好大安（TAANN，5012，主板工业产品股）未来表现，上修目标价至6.32令吉，保持“超越大市”的投资评级。

大众投行研究分析员指出，大安的木材和种植领域表现良好，木材出口料能够在美元走强的带动下，营业额贡献持续增加。

“令吉兑美元的汇率，已从去年第三季的1令吉兑4美元，贬至4.21美元水平。”

另外种植领域方面，原棕油期货价格已从去年9月的每吨1800令吉，回升至2200令吉，提升该领域的赚幅。

大安负债率仅为0.12倍，并且拥有2000公顷未种植土地。

分析员预测，该公司料增加目前的32%至48%派息率，截至目前为止，已派出20仙或72%净利作为股息。

另外，作为砂拉越最大的原棕油买家，购入全州超过50%原棕油产量的丰益国际（Wilmar）宣布，在2016年执行“不森林砍伐、没有泥炭、不剥削”政策。

削价战没影响

尽管大安原棕油产量中，有10万6000吨或62%原棕油出售给丰益，但这对该上市公司来说没有显著影响，因为这项政策只是针对砂拉越州种植公司，并且在2015年后种植在森林和泥炭地区者才会受到影响。

目前，在大安所种植的4万729公顷面积中，共有60%至70%是位于泥炭土质，只有少于2000公顷土地将在今年种植。

“我们认为最糟糕的情况就是展开削价战，争取购买另50%原棕油的四大买家的青睐，而这局面对大安来说没有影响。”

热带原木需求稳健，加上国际原木短缺，一直保持价格处在高位。

再者，美元走强有利木材公司，可抵消原木出口下跌，以及受到疲软需求冲击而走跌的胶合板价格。

行家建议
大安已经开发95%的可种植地库，且树龄较年轻并，平均7.5年，很多达到成熟期和黄金生产期的种植地，将会大幅推高棕油鲜果串收成和产量的增长。

大安控股 業績佳前景不受看好

（吉隆坡23日訊）大安控股（TAANN，5012，主要板工業）上財年末季淨利按年增1.78倍，儘管業績普遍獲好評，投資者仍不看好前景，今日淪為10大下跌股。

在末季淨利勁漲的利好帶動下， 大安控股開市揚1仙至5.65令吉，但不久后走勢卻急轉直下，早盤開始陷跌，一度挫19仙至5.45令吉，休市時掛5.45令吉，跌10仙，成交量54萬8900股，為10大下跌股之一。

午盤該股走勢未見好轉，保持早盤跌勢，閉市時，大安控股跌12仙至5.52令吉，成交量109萬3600股。

艾芬黃氏資本研究報告中指出，大安控股上財年業績符合預期，持續看好該公司木材產品銷售、種植獲利增加帶來的穩定收入，以及該公司合理的股息率，維持買進評級。

聯昌證券研究分析師則在報告中指出，由于木材售價以美元計價，若令吉匯率恢復，膠合板業務或重新陷虧，令吉兌美元每升值1%，2016財年至2017財年每股盈利將少3%，此獲利風險之下，該行維持守持評級。

肯納格證券研究亦持雷同看法，並指出儘管種植業務前景看好，原棕油俱格有望走高，該公司木材業務卻有風險。

根据文告，大安将从保留盈利户头，拨出高达7424万7000令吉，来派发红股给股东。

公司指出，这批红股除了可回馈股东长期的支持，也能提高股东持股率和公司股票在市场上的流通率，且推高股票资本基础，更好地反映营运规模。

假设派送红股的规模达7414万7296股，公司的缴足资本将扩大至4亿4488万3780股。

砂拉越油棕在文告中指出，砂州内的原棕油榨油率（OER），已从2014年的20.4%，减少至去年的20.1%。

此外，天气、虫害和植物疾病，也冲击原棕油的产量，但公司认为，象鼻虫（weevil）活动减少，是导致原棕油品质下跌的主要原因，因为象鼻虫能够促进棕油树授粉活动，提高产量和品质。

行家建议
我们正面看待这项大安的企业消息，并且认为其他同行也将被拉拢加入这项计划。

另外，针对反对党要求砂州政府把大面积的伐木执照，切割成小面积再逐渐通过公开竞标发放，我们认为，切割历史悠久的大型伐木集团执照的几率很小。

随着令吉走强，加上木材产品价格下跌，我们维持大安的“守住”投资评级，同时认为股价近几天的跌势已出现超卖。

我们也维持5.28令吉目标价，建议在任何价格下跌中买入增持。

（诗巫21日讯）大安（TAANN，5012，主板工业产品股）乐观看待公司的鲜果串（FFB）产量可在今年取得15%至20%的增长。

大安执行主席拿督阿都哈密表示，产量增长，主要受益于大幅的成熟棕油种植，以及棕油树龄逐步成熟。

他指出，集团鲜果串输出量，已由2014年的56万2000公吨，增12%至去年的63万3143公吨。棕油产量也从2014年的15万2695公吨，提升至2015年的17万1482公吨，增幅达12%。

首季赚1254万大安截至3月底首季净利达1254万令吉，或每股净利3.39仙，按年下跌53.7%；而营业额则按年跌1.6%至2亿1853万令吉；公司在首季派发每股5仙股息。【南洋网财经】
