股票下跌！！！又買多一個【股票基金】（Equity Fund）來分散風險？還是最高風險的sector focus 類，FSM是給10級最高風險。

也就是說之前不能在FSM（M)買賣而現在可以在FSM（M)買賣的基金。

【折磨】各投資者多日的【美國升息】明早（星期四凌晨2.00）將會來個了斷。
下一個議會將落在十一月，十月會是個平安月嗎？
也是時候看下FSM有什麼基金是可以掃的。

意外，其他股市地區現在大起近1%，馬股才0.3%，
美金又升回到4.1........幸好油钱开始往上，那也才47............
美國没升息沒對馬股帶來特別的驚喜，依然沒什“生“氣。
我【個人】認爲下次升息的危險性將不如11月美國總統大選。
主要是Trump聲望在Hillary【健康門導致誠信問題】後“大“”起，現在兩人的差距已是非常接近，
Trump成總統不再是mission impossible，
美国分析員也轉向...........
Trump成總統後一個最大的殺手锏是向中國產品征45%的稅。
估計會導致中國GDP少掉3.8% （50%）。
到時，中國2.5倍GDP的債務問題及中國房產業泡沫將爆破，
再蔓延到其他的新興市場...........
FSM會否對此作出相當的分析呢？

關於國外基金（美元計算）的匯率。
馬來西亞基金：CIMB-Principal Greater China Equity Fund
國外基金（Target Fund） ： Schroder International Selection Fund - Greater China Fund （99.99%） （USD：LUXEMBOURG）
CIMB Principal 基金網頁每天都有發佈 MYR，USD，及 SGD的 NAV。
今天心血來潮隨意計算了 USD-MYR的轉換，突然有蟹
問題①
LUXEMBOURG的市場在5.35pm關閉，約馬來西亞11.30pm.
基金網站會在大馬時間1.00-2.00am公佈基金NAV。
Target Fund 是用美金算的，那匯率是馬來西亞11.30pm那時的【USD-MYR匯率】嗎？
注：肯定不是大馬時間 6.00pm 閉市的 spot exchange rate。（查考插圖粉紅色數據）
問題②
我參閱了其他匯率参考，如Investing.com的live chart, CIMB-Principal 的fund 美金-馬幣匯率是比較高的，
請問【基金的美金-馬幣匯率】是基於哪裡的標準呢？
問題③
會不會CIMB Principal 在這裡所呈現的NAV in USD只是個反轉換？FUND daily 結賬後得是馬幣的NAV，CIMB再轉換成USD給外籍人士參考。
這個FUND依然以 MYR為準？

超鳥。
OPEC下週召开会议討论石油过剩的课题。花旗集团指出，根据国际能源署（IEA）预测2017年石油过剩的情况，西德州轻原油（WTI）价格预计难以守住每桶40美元以上，除非OPEC有所行动。
可是
Oil prices fell about 3 percent on Friday, paring weekly gains, on a report that Saudi Arabia did not expect an agreement at talks next week among major crude exporters aimed at freezing production. （Reuters）
沙地阿拉伯要做永遠的石油大佬，就算是窮到要發債券，也不要妥協而失去“老大”的力量。
馬來西亞這下遭殃囖，汽油業前景一片黯淡，馬股又要開低........

Private Retire Scheme （PRS）是否有附帶條件？
eg： AmPRS Asia Pacifics REITS Class D.
Upon receiving a Member‟s request to withdraw some or all of the accrued benefits in any Fund under aScheme, the PRS Provider or PPA (as the case may be) may require the Member to provide evidence of thefacts necessary to establish the Member‟s right to withdraw monies from any Fund under the Scheme. Forwithdrawals following the death of a Member where only full withdrawal may be made, a PRS Provider mustobtain prior authorisation from PPA before issuing instructions to the Trustee to cancel units. The PRS Providermust pay the proceeds within 10 days after PPA‟s authorisation is received. However, prior authorisation fromPPA is not required for pre-retirement withdrawal from Sub-Account B, permanent departure of a Member fromMalaysia or upon reaching the Retirement Age. Upon receiving the withdrawal request, the PRS Provider willprocess and pay the withdrawal proceeds within 10 days.For the first pre-retirement withdrawal, it can be requested by a Member one year after making the firstcontribution to the Scheme (whether by Member or employer). As for the subsequent pre-retirement withdrawalfrom the Scheme, it can only be requested by a Member once every calendar year from the PRS Provider.Members who have contributed to funds of multiple PRS providers may request for multiple pre-retirementwithdrawals in a year provided only one pre-retirement withdrawal request is made to each PRS provider. APRS Provider will deduct the applicable tax penalty of 8% or such other applicable tax penalty from thewithdrawn amount before making payment to the Member. However, for pre-retirement withdrawals due todeath, permanent departure of a Member from Malaysia or upon reaching the Retirement Age, a Member shallbe entitled to withdraw the full amount accumulated in all of the Funds under the Scheme held by the Memberas accrued benefits without payment of any tax. For units issued under or pursuant to Employer-SponsoredRetirement Schemes which are subject to Vesting Schedules, withdrawal is not permitted until such units areunconditionally vested in a member.
這裡是不是說PRS只能在①退休，②移民 或，③死亡 才能提取全部的投資，premature將會被罰8%？
至於提取部分所要求的evidence又要怎樣做呢？

请问楼主，如果我在9月30号3点前inter fund house switch能享有0.57% promo 吗？
因为inter会lag 两天，哪我switch buy 时是不是也是 0.57%？ 谢谢
还是只看T DATE switch sell 开始 在30 号前就有0.57%？
还有一个问题关于rhb islamic bond fund， 那一年之内1% redemption fee 算法。
如果我今天买了5000 unit， 半年再后买5000unit。
（今天算）哪是不是在一年后卖5000 就没fee, 那另外5000 就一年半后卖也是没fee。？？？
