IJM获LRT3总值11.2亿合约

(吉隆坡13日讯)IJM(IJM,3336,主板建筑股)获国家基建公司(Prasarana)颁发轻快铁第三路线合约,总值11亿1568万8160令吉;手上订单创纪录,达97亿令吉。
IJM今日向马交所报备,独资子公司IJM建筑收到了得标信函,将负责在雪州万达镇(Bandar Utama)至佐汉瑟迪亚(Johan Setia)的轻快铁路线的地底配套工程。
IJM的工作内容将包括设计、建筑和完成地底隧道、轻快铁站、辅助建筑物和相关工程。
按照合约,IJM需挖掘一条长2.1公里,外径6.35米长的地底隧道,是一个大型的地底隧道项目,且涉及高技术基建活动。
该工程本月动工,为期31个月,料能为IJM在2019至2021财年期间贡献净利。
董事经理兼总执行长拿督孙兴存在文告中指出,IJM在工程管理、设计和建筑拥有高素质和表现,获颁轻快铁合约,象征着该公司在巴生谷参与大型公共交通基建项目的势头得以延续。
获得该合约后,公司现有的未完成订单也写下历史新高,达97亿令吉。【e南洋】

The completion period of the Project is 31 months.
The Project involves design, construction and completion of underground tunnel, stations, ancillary buildings and other associated works.
The Project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the Group from the financial years ending 31 March 2019 to 2021.
The risk factors affecting the Project include materials price fluctuation and the availability of skilled manpower. However, drawing upon the experiences and know-how of the project team of IJMC in undertaking construction projects, these risks could be mitigated.
None of the Directors or major shareholders of the Company, or persons connected with them, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Project. |

(吉隆坡8日讯)随着IJM Corp Bhd终止了收购Giant Hectares私人有限公司的有条件股份出售协议,总值12亿令吉的槟城威中县(Seberang Perai Tengah)发展项目也随之告吹。
IJM今日发布文告宣布,该集团不再收购Giant Hectares,后者收购了一块地皮,打算进行发展总值(GDV)达12亿令吉的综合发展项目。
IJM向大马交易所报备,独资子公司IJM置地(IJM Land Bhd)及Aseania Development私人有限公司双方同意终止于2017年7月签署的有条件股份出售协议。
IJM预计,此举不会对集团截至2019年3月31日止财年的收益或每股净资产,造成任何显著冲击。
2017年7月份,IJM与Aseania Development签署有条件股份出售协议,以现金25万令吉全购Giant Hectares的25万股。
Giant Hectares于2015年1月份在威中县收购了4块空置的商用地皮,总值1亿2504万令吉。收购事项须待若干先决条件达成后方可作实,例如经济策划单位(EPU)的批准。

The termination was due to the non-fulfillment of the condition precedent of the SSA till to-date.
The termination of the SSA will not have any significant effect on the earnings or net assets per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 March 2019. |
