（吉隆坡21日訊）金虎（TIGER，7079，主板工業產品組）新大股東Hayat Maya和Syawaras公司一口氣否認早前廣為流傳的各種市場傳言，並且拒絕為罷黜現任董事動議提供合理解釋。

金虎今日發文告說，Hayat Maya和Syawaras公司透過Yoong & Partners律師樓，1月至今共發給公司3封信函，其中Yoong & Partners在17日來信中表明客戶拒絕為罷黜動議提供合理解釋，並確認早前流傳的各種市場消息不實。

Yoong & Partners代表客戶否認的市場傳言，包括指兩位新大股東--拿督納茲米和拿督斯里阿都阿晉將以60仙全購金虎、注入價值30億令吉合約以及將政府相關計劃注入金虎。

金虎管理層補充會在下次董事會議上，討論該對Yoong & Partners 17日信函內容採取哪些行動。（星洲日報／財經）

金虎72萬購子公司旗下3產業公司

（吉隆坡8日訊）金虎（TIGER,7079,主板工業產品組）展開內部重組計劃，以近72萬2千令吉收購獨資子公司——MHB產業管理旗下的3家產業發展公司。

該公司發表文告指出，這將能直接持有TekanMewah發展、MyHarmony發展及MHB產業發展的100%股權，以在承接新投資或發展計劃時能提昇營運效益及管理監控。

上述收購計劃並不會引發顯著股權變動或影響淨資產水平。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡13日讯）金虎集团（Tiger，7079，主板工业产品股）董事部澄清，拿督斯里纳兹米不再是主要凭单持有人，但仍然是大股东。

金虎集团向马交所报备：“2013年5月9日，Hayat Maya私人有限公司在公开市场脱售21万5000张凭单，因而不再属于公司主要凭单持有人。Hayat Maya仍然是大股东。”

“纳兹米也已不再是主要凭单持有人。透过Hayat Maya，他仍然是大股东。”

金虎集团针对《The Edge》一则关于纳兹米已不再是大股东的报道，做出上述澄清。

报道称，纳兹米上周一已将金虎集团持股权减至0.51%或21万5000股，之后于上周四再脱售这批剩余股权，从而不再是大股东。

惟根据马交所资料，纳兹米于上周一和上周四所脱售的并非金虎集团股票，而是凭单。

股价趋跌

今年1月23至31日，纳兹米共收购金虎集团1750万股，平均收购价每股45.5仙；截至1月31日，他因持股14.18%而成为单一最大股东。

去年11月，他以45.3仙收购金虎集团5.26%股权正式成为大股东；同年12月，他与拿督斯里阿都阿津要求召开股东特别大会，罢免金虎集团董事经理拿督陈维年和4名董事。

陈维年今年初被迫增持金虎集团股权，截至上周五持股权已增至9.78%，加间接持股权8.58%，他如今共累积持股18.36%。

陈维年胞妹陈丽贞和陈丽丽（译音）也不断加码；其中，陈丽丽共持股8.88%，是3大股东之一。

（吉隆坡16日讯）消息指出，巫统前总财政拿督阿都阿津以超过5%股权崛为金虎集团（Tiger，7079，主板工业产品股）主要股东之一，去年掀起的股权争夺战相信很快白热化。

目前，掌控金虎集团的大股东大致上分别两派，即以董事经理拿督陈维年为首的陈氏家族，以及在去年末才购入大股权的普腾（Proton）前主席拿督斯里纳兹米。

阿都阿津去年底曾与纳兹米联手入股金虎集团，并要求名开股东特别大会，以罢免陈维年一派董事；但他之后已沽清股权退出。

因此市场相信，阿都阿津这次重归金虎集团，必定已有全盘计划，看来沉淀一时的股权争夺战看来又会有另一番龙争虎斗。

由纳兹米主导的Hayat Maya，在去年11月以每股45.3仙购入5.2%股权，崛起为大股东之时，一度掀起了该股的炙热交投。

两派股权争夺战开打后，金虎集团一直备受市场关注，而近日更见交投大热，周二（14日）至今日的3个交易日，都飙出超过5000万股的庞大成交量。

而该股股价也从周一（13日）的29.5仙，大涨27%，至今日闭市收报37.5仙。

另一方面，金虎集团宣布，赵善豪受委为独立非执行董事。

赵善豪也是SSF集团（Sungai Siput Foundation Group）董事。金虎集团日前向马交所报备，赵善豪现年38岁，17岁时投入建筑业，在建筑和房地产经验丰富。[南洋网财经]

（吉隆坡17日讯）金虎集团（Tiger，7079，主板工业产品股）宣布，巫统前总财政拿督阿都阿津增持股权至5.02%，晋身为大股东，证实了《南洋商报》昨日的报道。

金虎集团向马交所报备，阿都阿津5月16日与17日两个交易日，透过Syawaras私人有限公司分别以37.2仙与37.5仙收购1450万股和20万股后，总持股已达1920股或相等于5.02%，正式晋身大股东。

目前，掌控金虎集团的大股东大致上分成两派，即以董事经理拿督陈维年为首的陈氏家族，以及去年末才购入大股权的普腾（Proton）前主席拿督斯里纳兹米。

阿都阿津去年底曾与纳兹米联手入股金虎集团，并要求名开股东特别大会以罢免陈维年一派董事；但他之后已沽清股权退出。
