這隻股也是被投機者害，人家丟他們也丟，0.075 買進，T+3到期了，不起就丟票，反正只是虧水錢而已。
所以超過3份1的是玩T+3，只要上0.005分就丟票，賺差價，所以投資變成了VIP  |

多数是RM0.075的票.....
而RM0.07也是没什么票的..... |

-UNUSUAL MARKET ACTIVITY
Contents : We refer to your letter dated 11 June 2009 in relation to the unusual market activity of the Company’s shares.
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.11 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that save for the following, to the best of their knowledge, they are not aware of any other matters that may have contributed to the unusual market activity:-
1) The following are corporate development relating to the Group’s business and affairs not previously announced;
a. In preliminary negotiation to buy over 60% stake of Selama Muda Jaya Sdn Bhd (98819-H) for a consideration of RM6,000,000. The said company owned 281 lots of land comprise of individual title from Lot No. PT952-PT1232 and Lot No. 2263; Mukim of Kota Lama Kiri, Kuala Kangsar, Perak.
The said land will later be developed into a mix development project to be commenced later.
b. In preliminary discussion with third party to franchise the Compugates kiosk.
c. The sand mining operations will commence shortly pending authorities approval.
d. In discussion with third party on the sale of Entertainment Village located in Mukim Dengkil, Daerah Sepang, Selangor.
2) The following revisions of margin facilities from the respective brokering house extended to Mr. Goh Kheng Peow, the Group Managing Director and Substantial Shareholder, as per Table 1 below, which had caused the heavy selling of shares in the market recently.
3) The Company will make the necessary announcement to Bursa Securities of any material information should it falls under the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities in particular Paragraph 9.03 on disclosure of material information.
This announcement is dated 11 June 2009.
