OPCOM控股 首季淨利增40%

（吉隆坡20日訊）OPCOM控股（OPCOM，0035，創業板工業股）首季淨利按年增39%至543萬5000令吉，公司宣佈每股派息2仙。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，公司首季開始執行馬電訊（TM，4863，主要板貿易）頒發的直通家居光纖寬頻（FTTH）服務合約，帶動營業額和淨利增長。

截至6月底首季，OPCOM控股營業額達3305萬1000令吉，較去年同期3059萬9000令吉，按年增8%。

文告指出，公司剛獲馬電訊頒發為期兩年的直通家居光纖寬頻合約，未來財務表現具保障。[ChinaPress]

KUALA LUMPUR: Fiber optic cables manufacturer OPCOM HOLDINGS BHD [] has declared a special interim dividend of 22.50 sen per share single-tier.

It said on Monday, Aug 29 the dividend will go ex on Sept 14 and the entitlement date is Sept 19.

According to its latest annual report issued on Aug 22, the largest shareholder is M Ocean Capital Sdn Bhd with a 26.94% stake or 34.75 million shares.

Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir owns 23.5% or 30.31 million shares while Rezeki Tegas Sdn Bhd holds 20.93% or 27 million shares.

Opcom share price closed 1.5 sen higher at 81.5 sen at the midday break on Monday.

（吉隆坡29日訊）光纖電纜製造商OPCOM控股（OPCOM，0035，創業板工業股）計劃回饋股東，派發每股22.5仙的單層特別中期股息。

該公司向馬證交所報備，特別股息會在9月14日除權，然后9月19日過戶。

根據該公司8月22日發佈的最新年報，大股東是M海洋資金（M Ocean Capital），持有26.94%股權或3475萬股。

現任國際貿易及工業部副部長拿督斯里慕克里茲是OPCOM控股聯合創辦人，個人擁有23.5%股權或3031萬股，為第二大股東。

他的兄長拿督莫扎尼兼肯油企業（KENCANA，5122，主要板貿易）總執行長，也在OPCOM控股出任主席。[ChinaPress]
