哦哦哦。。。 不可以算是投機的。。 因為公司有成長。。。。

shareholding 換是很正常的咯。。。 董事有自由買賣咯。。。

如果你要投資。。 就要了解公司發展的。。。

大大，请问 AMPROP-PA 是怎样的呢？ 是 preferred share, 每年有 4% 的 guaranteed dividend 吗？另外 AMPROP 这个股还 ok 吗？ 有前景吗？

The RCPS shall be redeemable in whole or in part at the option of the Company, at any time from the first (1st) anniversary of the Issue Date up to the Maturity Date (both dates inclusive), unless previously converted, by giving not less than 30 days" notice in writing to the holders of the RCPS. Redemption shall be made at a redemption price of RM0.50 per RCPS aggregated with any unpaid declared dividends. For the avoidance of doubt, the last date for service of the notice of redemption by the Company shall fall on 30 days prior to the Maturity Date. The RCPS shall be convertible, at the option of the holder, at any time from the first (1st) anniversary of the Issue Date up to the Maturity Date (both dates inclusive), without the payment of additional consideration by the holder thereof, into such number of new fully-paid Shares as is determined from dividing the issue price of the RCPS by the conversion price. If at any time the aggregate nominal value of the RCPS outstanding is less than 10% of the aggregate nominal value of the original issue size, the Company can invoke mandatory conversion of all the remaining outstanding RCPS without the payment of additional consideration by the holder thereof, into such number of new fully-paid Shares as is determined from dividing the issue price of the RCPS by the conversion price. All outstanding RCPS at the Maturity Date shall on the market day immediately following the Maturity Date, be automatically converted into new Shares at the conversion price. Any fractional entitlements of new RCPS pursuant to the bonus issue of RCPS and new Shares on conversion will be disregarded and dealt with in such manner as the Board of Directors of AMPROP deems fit and expedient in the best interests of the Company.

如果你怕股市浮動。。和怕公司會盈利不好。。那就PA因為有穩定股息。。。
不然。。 母股是很好的選擇。。。

吉隆坡29日讯）NCB控股（NCB，5509，主板贸服股）第三季表现由盈转亏，分析员纷纷下调财测，并担心集团的净债务或会压制派息能力。

NCB控股第三季蒙受200万令吉净亏，逊于去年同期的2700万净利，导致今年首9个月净利按年大跌91%，报500万令吉。

港口和物流业务表现差劲，导致该集团第三季业绩大幅低于分析员预测。

考量到第三季表现逊色，马银行投行分析员下调货柜吞吐量预测3%，同时不排除港口租金会调涨。

因此，他削减2014至2016年每股盈利预测，分别介于29至78%。

肯纳格投行分析员亦调整今年吞吐量预测，并估计固定资产贬值4%，故下修今明两年的盈利预测，分别75.1%和72.4%。

货柜吞吐量展望谨慎

他对货柜吞吐量短期增长展望保持谨慎看法，因过去数季，集团都陷入负增长，就算日后港口设置竣工，仍不确定会否反弹。

集团目前在建设新码头，而16号码头将提升为多用途码头。随着8A码头竣工，8号码头也会升级，以容纳大型货柜船。

负债增至1.5亿

另一方面，NCB控股净负债也扩大至1.51亿令吉。

马银行投行分析员认为，这因素可能影响集团派息能力，因而调降2014至2016年的每股股息预测。

他把今年股息预测从7仙，下调至4仙，相等于1.5%的周息率。这意味，集团应会在末季派发2仙终期股息，与次季的2仙相同。

短期盈利增长疲弱加上周息率缺乏吸引力，他维持“卖出”评级和目标价2.25令吉。

业绩逊色拖累，该股今天延续跌势，闭市时报2.40令吉，跌11仙或4.38%，成交量为31万1500股。

這都是正常的調整的。。。。

目前看來沒有什麼問題。。因為幾個大國的政策都會鼓勵市場。。。。

ZELAN是在恢復中的公司。。。 長期看好。。。。
