IHH医疗保健（IHH，5225，主板贸服股）截至9月杪第3季，净利按年跌19.34%，至1亿1848万8000令吉。

由于公司在当季蒙受了2.171亿令吉的汇兑亏损，而拖累净利下滑。

同季营业额则年增15.71%，录得20亿6427万8000令吉。

行家建议
若扣除汇兑亏损，公司首9个月的核心净利实为6.850亿令吉，按年增长26.6%，符合我们及市场预测，分别占全年预测的73.5%及72.8%。

在2015至2017年间，该公司即将增加的病床非常强劲，多达2000个，包括了大本营马来西亚及土耳其，此外，主要市场例如印度及香港也有扩充。

除了内部增长，公司也专注在并购活动，尤其是在高增长市场。公司早前宣布收购印度Global Hospital集团，以及在中国成都成立联营。

擴張醫院規模‧IHH醫保成長添動力

（吉隆坡14日訊）IHH醫保（IHH，5225，主板貿服組）旗下國內外醫院規模將增加43%至逾3千張新床位，為公司未來成長提供強勁動力。

近3年新增醫院加速成長

馬銀行研究指出，IHH醫保最近在新加坡的投資匯報會上指出，近3年來新增的醫院加速成長，在2017年第一季的香港港怡醫院在配有500張床位。該公司管理層認為，在香港的供需動力成長下以及高昂的收費，會為公司業務帶來很大的成長。

港怡醫院也會和香港大學合作，確保了醫生的來源。2020年印度和中國的擴張計劃會是公司未來成長的主要動力。

此外，公司在馬新市場，尤其是新加坡持有強勁的現金流以及淨負債少於20%，預測將會提供足夠的擴張能力。

新興市場的匯率波動和不穩定，將會持續為該公司的國外市場帶來挑戰。為了減輕其外匯風險，IHH醫保接受其旅遊醫療遊客們手上表現較為強勁的貨幣。

該公司新加坡的業務貢獻了接近50%的稅後盈利，而新幣是表現更為穩定的貨幣。展望2017年，港幣將會成為另外一種營運貨幣，其表現同樣穩定。

針對監管條例的風險方面，IHH醫保會和擁有良好關係的團體合作，雖然對外國醫生在大馬執業還沒有任何的法律限制，但若有任何變動會對其MEDINI鷹閣醫院的造成影響。

針對公司面對的政治風險，管理層表示其土耳其醫院營運只集中在伊斯坦布爾，並表示該城市是一個“安全的財富避風港”，其2015年第三季的固定匯率銷售增長16%。

綜合以上，馬銀行研究認為該公司近期的利好會是床位增加速度加快、擴張計劃按照預期進行以及馬幣的疲弱。

其利空則是監管風險，包括了醫療收費的限制以及外國醫生禁令、馬幣對外國貨幣的走強以及新興國家的地緣政治風險。

（吉隆坡29日訊）IHH醫療保健（IHH，5225，主要板貿服）從12月31日起，不再管理位于越南胡志明市的City International 醫院。

該公司向馬證交所報備，旗下新加坡鷹閣管理服務公司和City International醫院簽署中止醫院管理協議，因此不再管理胡志明市的City International 醫院。

IHH医保成都医院 中国政府已放行

（吉隆坡15日讯）IHH医疗保健（IHH，5225，主板贸服股）获中国政府批准，向Perennial地产控股，租用成都鹏瑞利国际医疗健康中心的4万8000平方米空间，打造拥有350张床位的三级医院。

IHH医疗保健今天和Perennial地产控股正式签署租赁协议。

2017下半年启用这家新医院项目是成都百汇医疗（Parkway Health）医院，它将会是IHH医疗保健首家在中国西部的三级医院，预计在明年下半年完成启用。

在去年10月，IHH医疗保健子公司M&P投资和中国伙伴上海BroadOcean投资，与Perennial地产控股达成租赁协议，但当时有待政府批准医院营运申请。

“三级医院”是中国对医院等级划分中最高等级的医院。该新医院内将配备先进的医疗设施和设备，提供专业的护理和临床服务，包括妇产科，儿科，心脏科，骨科，眼科和内科。

IHH医疗保健董事经理兼总执行长陈诗龙表示，在中国西部城市成都，发展首个三级医院，是重要的里程碑，并且可进一步激励公司在当地医疗市场的增长。

“随着成都百汇医疗和香港鹰阁医院（GleneaglesHong Kong）的发展，IHH医疗保健将进一步推动发展，成为中国领先的医疗机构。”

总值近3亿 IHH 医保缅甸联营开医院

（仰光25日讯）IHH医疗保健（IHH，5225，主板贸服股）透过独资子公司Parkway Healthcare Indo-China（PHIC），在缅甸首都仰光，联营设立（约2亿9788万令吉）总值7000万美元，拥有250床位的医院。

这所医院将由联营公司Andaman Alliance设立和经营，当中包括持股52%的PHIC公司、持21.5%的缅甸AMMK Medicare有限公司、持16%的缅甸Global Star有限公司，以及持10.5%的新加坡Macondray控股。

新医院名为Parkway Yangon，位于仰光市中心，占地1.74顷，是Parkway Pantai在缅甸第一家的医院。

该公司租借上述土地50年，另有两个10年的租借延长期。

据IHH医疗保健透露，缅甸投资委员会批准这项通过“建设-运营-移交”模式的投资发展项目。

出席动土仪式包括缅甸卫生部长丹昂、仰光省省长首席部长吴敏瑞和IHH医疗保健董事经理兼总执行长陈诗龙。

2020年启用

陈诗龙指出，医院料在2020年完成启用，为当地提供高水平的医疗服务。

IHH醫保進軍緬甸‧展望看好

（吉隆坡26日訊）IHH醫保（IHH，5225，主板貿服組）宣佈將在緬甸仰光與3夥伴聯營設立一家擁有250張床位名為“Parkway Yangon”的醫院，投資額7千萬美元（2億9千960萬令吉），該公司持有52%股權。

該醫院預計2020年完成，佔地4.3英畝。該地段租賃50年，到期後可以根據當時市值再次續約10年兩次。

分析
達證券對該項目表示樂觀，因為緬甸政府有意改善其國民的生活健康素質。此外，隨著IHH醫保的進駐，緬甸國民無需去國外就診，這相信會是一大賣點。

仰光為緬甸最大的城市，擁有500萬人口，約佔了該國人口的10%，同時也是緬甸的商業和金融中心，其未來發展十分引人注目。

該公司也與當地強力的夥伴合作，根據管理層的說法，這些夥伴都有很強的人脈網。

大眾研究補充，IHH醫保整體2016展望是其住院人數將會有所增長，其營業額也會增加。其主要經營的市場，如馬來西亞、新加坡以及土耳其業務將會維持穩定。

儘管土耳其的旅遊醫療將受到當地一些政治因素影響而下跌，不過基於難民湧入，私人醫療需求將增加，減少了這方面的衝擊。

達證券則認為，儘管該公司未來在高速增長國家擴張業務，其長遠發展正面，但目前估值水平仍偏高。

新医院受看好　IHH维持「守住」评级

（吉隆坡10日讯）在参观IHH医疗保健集团（IHH，5225，主板贸服股）最新的鹰阁医院后，分析员相信，这家新医院很快可以打成平手，因而维持该公司原有的投资评级。

大马投行分析员表示，这佔地15英亩的玛迪尼鹰阁医院（Gleneagles Medini Hospital），是国內目前唯一一个在柔佛玛迪尼运作的专科医院，该医院以最先进的医疗设备为国內外病人提供一流的专业治疗。

「上述耗资4亿令吉的医院自去年11月11日开张，目前有约40张床位，已医治1000名病患，包括新加坡人，並已迎接32名新生儿。」

分析员在报告中指出，该医院將设立最多300张床位和162个套房，迄今，共有32名心臟、肿瘤、骨科、妇女和孩童、及眼科专科医生。其他设施包括深切治疗中心（涵盖隔离套房），8个新生儿监护病房、6个阵痛和分娩套房和全天候的急症室。

值得注意的是，该医院提供单人和双人房，以及价格具竞爭力的小型套房。这对来自新加坡的病患而言极具吸引力，能够以较便宜的价格享受一流的医疗服务，例如健康检查配套，相比新加坡医院更便宜30%。

不仅如此，这家医院也是国內第三家，允许新加坡人使用本身的保健储蓄计划的医疗中心；同时，该公司计划提供免费巴士横跨马新长堤，载送病患。

（吉隆坡25日讯）IHH医疗保健（IHH，5225，主板贸服股）截至去年底末季，净利达4亿1582万6000令吉，上财年同季为2亿3922万8000令吉，大涨73.8%。

该公司发表文告，营业额起18.5%，录得22亿9486万8000令吉，上财年同季报19亿3741万1000令吉。

同时，IHH医疗保健文告建议派息每股3仙。

根据该公司文告，海内外医院表现较好，包括现有医院持续内部增长，加上新医院表现亮眼，推动营业额表现。

新收购的印度Continental和Global医院，末季也为IHH医疗保健贡献高达4440万令吉营业额。

累积全年，该公司净利增23.8%，报9亿3390万3000令吉；营业额起15%，录得84亿5546万8000令吉。

开拓中缅市场

另外，该公司董事经理兼总执行长陈诗龙通过文告指出，尽管今年全球经济波动，仍成功交出稳健财报；且迅速增长，成为印度主要医院业者，也进一步开拓中国市场和进军缅甸新市场。

他说，未来将确保继续强劲的拓展步伐，包括放眼明年在中国和香港开设旗舰医院。

截至去年底，尽管负债率呈扬势，但IHH医疗保健负债率企于0.19倍的健康水平，手上现金有20亿令吉。

利息成本增‧IHH財測下修

（吉隆坡1日訊）IHH醫保（IHH，5225，主板貿服組）2015財政年業績符合預期，不過份析員因新醫院初始、利息成本將加重開銷及大馬業務可能走疲而下調財測。

馬銀行研究認為，2015財政年盈利失準是受新醫院初始及融資成本影響，接下來該集團在海內外有超過10項醫院計劃，料可推動成長。

股價已反映利好

“相信正面因素已反映於股價，但更擔心馬幣反彈及新計劃帶來的顯著初始成本，考量更高初始及利息成本，下調2016至2017財政年每股盈利14%至16%。”

艾芬黃氏為反映新醫院潛在初始虧損，採取更保守利潤預測，分別下調2016及2017財政年淨利預測7%及10%。

另外，豐隆研究納入第四季業績後也下調2016至2017財政年業績15%。

2015財政年，因消費放緩及馬幣疲弱，該集團大馬醫院的病人入院率下滑0.9%，大眾研究預計，此趨勢料持續至2016財政年，因此其他醫院業者也面臨此疲弱走勢。

“不過，我們看好該集團將持續從多元化市場運作中受惠，就如早前新元抵銷土耳其貨幣疲弱的狀況一樣。”

传IHH土国Acibadem 拟购保加利亚医院

（吉隆坡1日讯）消息透露，IHH医疗保健（IHH，5225，主板贸服股）旗下的土耳其Acibadem SaglikYatirimlari控股，有意收购保加利亚最大的私人医院。

根据媒体，Acibadem有意收购日本医疗法人徳洲会集团（Tokushukai Group）旗下的Tokuda Sofia医院。

成立于2006年的Tokuda Sofia，是保加利亚的最大私人医院，在City Clinic也持有多数股权，目前拥有1016张床位。

IHH医疗保健发言人表示，该集团一直致力于寻找适合的增长机会，加强公司基本面，并会在适当时公告市场。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡14日讯）IHH医疗保健集团（IHH，5225，主板贸服股）宣布，旗下非直接子公司--Parkway控股有限公司，以8135万令吉（2840万新元）脱售在新加坡Shenton保险私人有限公司的90%股权，予FWD集团金融服务私人有限公司。

该公司文告指出，Shenton保险是非核心资產，而根据Parkway控股与FWD集团所签署的股东协议，前者可能脱售手中剩余的10%股权，通过看跌和看涨期权审议而定。

此外，该公司也表示，此项脱售活动，並不会对公司2016財政年的盈利、资產或负债率带来明显影响。【东方网财经】

Description	Disposal of 90% Equity Interest in Shenton Insurance Pte Ltd
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(24) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of IHH Healthcare Berhad ("IHH" or the "Company") wishes to announce that Parkway Holdings Limited (“PHL”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of IHH, had on 14 April 2016 disposed 90% equity interest in Shenton Insurance Pte Ltd (“SIPL”), a private limited company incorporated in Singapore, to FWD Group Financial Services Pte. Ltd. (“FWD”) for a total consideration of approximately SGD28.4 million (equivalent to RM81.35 million*), subject to post-closing adjustments (“The Disposal”). Prior to the Disposal, SIPL was a wholly-owned subsidiary of PHL. Following the Disposal, SIPL ceased to be a subsidiary of PHL. The Disposal was undertaken as SIPL was identified as a non-core asset . Pursuant to the Shareholders Agreement signed on 14 April 2016, PHL may sell and FWD may buy the remaining 10% equity interest in SIPL through a put and call option at a consideration to be determined. The Disposal will not have any effect on IHH’s issued and paid-up share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings. There shall be no material effect on the earnings, net assets or gearing of IHH for the financial year ending 31 December 2016. IHH醫療保健 荷蘭設投資控股公司

（吉隆坡20日訊）國庫控股旗下IHH醫療保健（IHH，5225，主要板貿服）宣佈子公司，土耳其最大連鎖醫院集團Acibadem Saglik Hizmetleri ve Ticaret AS，在荷蘭阿姆斯特丹以繳足資本10萬歐元（約44萬令吉）設立獨資子公司Acibadem城市保健診所（Acibadem City Clinic B.V.）。

IHH醫療保健向馬證交所報備指，該集團持有Acibadem Saglik Hizmetleri ve Ticaret AS共60%股權，而新設的間接子公司Acibadem城市保健診所是投資控股公司。

IHH醫療保健表示，設立Acibadem城市保健診所不會對該集團繳足資本及大股東控股權造成任何影響。

另外，今次結構上的更動也不預見會對該集團截至2016年12月31日財年收益、淨資產值、或負債率造成重大影響。【中国报财经】

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of IHH Healthcare Berhad ("IHH" or the "Company") wishes to announce that Acibadem Saglik Hizmetleri ve Ticaret A.S. (“ASH”), an indirect 60%-owned subsidiary of IHH, had on 19 April 2016, established a wholly-owned subsidiary named Acibadem City Clinic B.V. (“Acibadem City Clinic”) in Amsterdam, Netherlands with an issued capital of EUR100,000 (equivalent to RM441,070*). The intended principal activity of Acibadem City Clinic is investment holding.               The establishment of Acibadem City Clinic will not have any effect on IHH’s issued and paid-up share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings. There shall be no material effect on the earnings, net assets or gearing of IHH for the financial year ending 31 December 2016.
