庆隆首季净利飙2倍

(吉隆坡22日讯)庆隆发展(KELADI,6769,主板产业股)截至4月底首季,产业发展销售表现卓越,激励净利飙涨201.41%,录得879万2000令吉,或相等每股1.16仙的佳绩。

根据文告,去年同期的净利为291万7000令吉,或每股0.38仙。

同时,营收也从792万9000令吉,增至2474万4000令吉,录得212.07%的亮丽按年增幅。

庆隆发展表示,产业销售和建筑进度良好,属于建后再售的Taman Lagenda项目第4B2期,也取得100%的销售率。【南洋网财经】

2发展项目今年难完成 庆隆明年业绩料平淡

(吉隆坡30日讯)尽管在近期公布的业绩表现出色,然而庆隆发展(KELADI,6769,主板产业股)预测2016财年净利和营业额将倾向平淡。

该公司董事经理拿督蔡振亚在股东大会后指出,由于两大型发展项目无法今年完成,因此要到2017财年才可为公司贡献净利。

这两项工程分别为位于居林,总值2.4亿令吉住宅发展项目,以及位于吉隆坡泗岩沫路总值20亿令吉混合发展项目。

该公司在过去凭居林的两项项目,即Taman Lagenda以及Rman Desa Cinta Sayang的销售,让该公司在2016财年首季净利和营业额增长3倍。

庆隆发展截至4月底,2016财年首季净利飙涨201.41%,录得879万2000令吉,或相等每股1.16仙的佳绩。去年同期的净利为291万7000令吉,或每股0.38仙。

改名JKG置地

营收也从792万9000令吉,增至2474万4000令吉,录得212.07%的亮丽按年增幅。

蔡振亚透露,产业市场持续疲软,该公司扩大注重发展可负担房屋以维持增长。

“我们认为公司的房屋业务并没有受到国家银行打房措施所影响,因为在居林的可负担房屋市场需求反应良好。”

另外,庆隆发展持续寻求扩充地库的良机,尤其是在巴生谷区域。

另一方面,庆隆发展宣布,已获大马公司委员会(CCM)发出易名证书,正式易名为“JKG置地有限公司”。【南洋网财经】

蔡振亚擢升副主席 郑建民受委庆隆董事经理

(吉隆坡1日讯)庆隆发展(KELADI,6769,主板产业股)委任IJM(IJM,3336,主板建筑股)前掌舵手拿督郑建民为董事经理。

根据文告,原董事经理兼创办人拿督蔡振亚,将擢升为执行副主席。两人的任期都是即日生效。

蔡振亚从1986年开始担任董事经理,创办该公司前,他曾在公共部门工作,并担任过云顶高原的区域工程师。

郑建民原是IJM总执行长兼董事经理,他在4月15日辞去在IJM和IJM置地的董事职位。

此外,庆隆发展于6月26日宣布,建议易名为“JKG置地有限公司”。【南洋网财经】

JKG置地次季亏24万

2016年9月24日
(吉隆坡23日讯)由于产业发展业务的工程进度账款降低,JKG置地(JKGLAND,6769,主板产业股)截至7月杪次季净亏23万5000令吉,上财年同期为净赚44万1000令吉。

同期营业额,则按年下滑5.31%至424万1000令吉,低于上财年同期的447万9000令吉。

累积首6个月,净利按年上涨17.62%至1086万令吉;营业额也按年涨34.93%,至3943万令吉。

该公司董事部表示,本财年房产市场前景依然充满挑战,主要是因为通货膨胀和国行实施严谨的信贷审批标准。【e南洋】

该公司向马交所报备,第3季营业额则按年下滑20.1%至369万7000令吉,低于上财年同期的462万8000令吉。

累积9个月,净利按年上涨4%至1002万6000令吉;营业额也按年涨27%,至4312万8000令吉。

根据JKG置地文告,营业额走高,主要归功于房地产发展的贡献有所上升。

JKG置地1配2发附加股筹1.5亿

(吉隆坡17日讯)JKG置地(JKGLAND,6769,主板产业股)建议以1配2比例,发出15亿1662万股附加股,最高可筹得1亿5170万令吉。

JKG置地向马交所报备,假设附加股发售价是每股10仙,将相等于是理论除权价(TERP)23.1%折价。

目前,大股东丹斯里陈华春和拿督斯里陈汉川(译音),共直接持有JKG置地的16.8%股权。根据持股率,两者有权认购16.8%的附加股。

根据文告,其中1亿1500万令吉的筹资所得,将作为产业发展项目与扩展计划的资金。另外2500万令吉,则将用来偿还短期的贷款。还有1070万令吉,则充作营运资本。

部分资金将为吉隆坡The ERA @ Duta North综合发展项目融资,发展总值预计达22亿令吉。【e南洋】

(吉隆坡2日讯)JKG置地(JKGLAND,6769,主板产业组)今年上半年再推介至少3项房产发展项目,鉴于市场反应不俗,因此有信心截至2017年1月31日财政年业绩表现可媲美上财政年。

该公司执行副主席拿督蔡振亚在特大后向《星洲财经》表示,由于新项目初步阶段如营销等间接费用,加上因北马项目入账已逼近尾声,因此过去两季蒙受亏损为正常征兆。

不过,他说,预期2017财政年表现可持平。

首3季赚1003万

该公司2017财政年次季转亏,蒙亏23万5000令吉,第三季亏损扩大至83万5000令吉。尽管如此,截至2016年10月31日,该公司首3季仍净赚1002万6000令吉,比去年同期的961万1000令吉净利多4.32%。

蔡振亚表示,该公司泗岩沫TheEra综合型住宅项目的第一阶段,自去年11月初步推介后,截至目前首栋公寓已受全数认购,第二栋则达12%认购率,估计首阶段可在今年4月正式亮相,发展总值为4亿8000万令吉。

他指出,该公司吉打产业项目表现如常强劲,其中Taman Desa Cinta Sayang房产项目,2月已竣工的191间房产已全数受认购,预计现季再推出最后20个单位。

该公司预计可在2017年上半年内,推出Taman Lagenda项目252间房产。若加上上述20单位,预测可为该公司现财政年带来约3560万令吉的营收。

蔡振亚说,该公司计划建筑新的半独立式及独立式房屋,以扩展其吉打Taman Puteri项目。

蔡振亚说,该公司目前坐拥1246英亩地库,其中有1000英亩未发展地库。

不排除建旅店服务式公寓

他指出,这并不包括大使花园占14.8英亩的The Era项目及纳闽占5.5英亩的闲置土地,目前虽尚无发展计划,但不排除较后在该地建设旅店或服务式公寓。

另一方面,该公司有90%营收源自产业发展业务,静待项目发展之时,该公司同时经营油棕园地,目前种植地占942英亩。

蔡振亚说,该公司每年的鲜果串可贡献约300万至400万令吉营收,协助该公司抵销核心业务的成本费用。
