TERMS & CONDITIONS
         
PAYMENTS            
1. Deposit of 50% is required to book for the service date upon confirmation.
2. Client is required to pay full service fees by event actual date.
3. The Service Fees and Confirmation Deposit are non refunable and non transferable.
4. Accommodation and travel allowance are inforces if the service location stated outside Johor
5. A surcharge will be imposed by client if the service date falls on two or more separate days.
6. Please note that any changes in the event date will be solely depend on  availability.
7. The company is not obliged to refund any part of the fees paid for any changes in the event date.

GOODS DELIVERY TERMS            
1. All products will be delivered in three weeks after the event date.
2. Postage services charges is required to be paid by client if needed.
3. Videos will be compiled and authored into standard HD video format playable on modern computers and standard DVD players that support DVD
4. Any cost of amendment to end the products will be borne by client.
5. SDE (Same Day Edit) slide show and video will be provided based on package,it will take 5- 7 hours to complete.

OTHERS               
1. Deposit will be refunded if there is any unavoidable emergency case happened on duty person for the service actual date.
2. Deposit will be refunded due to subjectivity.
3. The company reserve the right on protected of copyrighting for the products and it should not reproduced without written promission.
4. The company reserve the right to displays client's photography and video on public to share the Company professional assignment and or participate in any related competitions
